A.iii) All potential issues or major design problem on Electrical side have rectified immediately.

Challenges (C):
A.i) Poor quality of documents received from contractor (too concise and lack of crucial
technical information)
A.ii) To solve issues promptly while having lack of experiences as an Electrical Engineer.
A.iii) Delay in receiving some of the document due to the 3rd party’s information pending while
trying maintaining the on time documentation submissions.

Effort (E):

1) Brought up and discuss the issues during internal meeting to find the best way to overcome
the poor quality of documents received.

2) Urge contractor to seriously do some engineering and site verification work.
