EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Purger is a business of burgers. The company is classifying as a general partnership


business, where the entrepreneurs formed an arrangement to take as co-owners. The
company wants to ensure the satisfaction of every customers and to provide service that
will gain their trust and loyalty. In the same way, they provide a reasonable prices and
quality product that satisfies customer's expectation. Purger is the innovated new-taste
patty of burger wherein instead of using bread or buns entrepreneurs came up into an idea
to use the Puso ng Saging as the two-layered patty where people don't realize that there
isn't even a tiny bit of meat in them. The price of each purger is ₱35.00.
Purger is located at Arellano Street of Camiling, Tarlac in front of Church. We only
offer one kind of Purger but we are open in any suggestions of the customers or if the
entrepreneurs come up with another idea. The distribution channel is directed from
producer to consumer to ensure its freshness and will be using it intensive to be sold
through as many outlets as possible so that customers will encounter the product
everywhere they go.
The most important competencies that entrepreneurs have is setting goals because it
makes its priorities clear for everyone involved in the business. The purpose of goal
setting is to show employees what they need to focus on the most during the upcoming
quarter, which then helps them to be able to prioritize their tasks. For entrepreneurs, it
helps to decide which major projects to focus on and how best to hand out the work to
employees and in addition to keeping everyone motivated, setting goals also helps
encourage people to work together.
The entrepreneurs also focuses on demand for efficiency and quality to try
something better, faster or cheaper that may help to manage their budget and have a good
quality product.
Purger contributes a healthy and good quality product to the economy
and gives more time for busy people to eat out or take out on the way home because
Purger are burger that can make your tummy full for a while.
It also operate for profit contribute to the local, and national economy because its pay
government taxes which allow many projects and community services to be funded such
as hospitals and it also help bracing economic growth by providing employment
opportunities to people who's not required in a large corporations.
There are two promotional tools that Purger Enterprises will be using; Social
media accounts and Flyers. They used social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram
as there are more people using it and it can reach out a large number of customers and
potential customers. They also used flyers because physically handing a flyer to out
potential customer will immediately create a personal relationship with them.

LOGO:
The company and product logo of Purger was based on its significance of the burger itself. The
logo has five (5) colors; brown, yellow, purple, green and black. Brown implies the color of the patty and
the bread itself that represents a wholesomeness, foundation and reliability of the company and
entrepreneurs.
The yellow color represents the cheese of the product, means creativity and getting the attention of
the costumers quickly it is also represents how optimistic the co-owners in taking the risk. Also, purple
signify the color of puso ng saging and represents wealth and wisdom of the company and the co-owners.
The green color implies the color of the vegetables that will be used in the product, represents abundance
and prosperity of the company and relates to the balance harmony of the mind, body and emotion of the
entrepreneurs in making decision.
Lastly, black was used in the company name, it means power, strength and mysterious. This
factors that possess in each color reflect to the company and entrepreneurs. On the other hand, company
logo used square symbolizes of building connection and foundation. It represents the entrepreneur’s
stability, strength and being trustworthy.

MARKETING PLAN

Product
Purger, the main product of the Purger Company is a burger made with a combination of Puso ng
Saging as the patty, and different stuffing such as pipino, cheese, white onion and lettuce. Which can
satisfy the taste of our customers. Our main ingredients are the Puso ng Saging where the banana grows
from on a banana tree, with crushed piattos as our breading together with the fillings. Instead of using
bread or buns we came up into an idea where we will use the Puso ng Saging as the two-layered patty
where people don't realize that there isn't even a tiny bit of meat in them. Because puso ng saging taste like
meat.
To be the prominent restaurant is the main goal of the Purger Company with the help of its shop
that is located in Arellano Street of Camiling, Tarlac in front of Church.. The target market of our product
is students and teenagers for the reason that most of them is so interested if it is new in their ears. Our
product is a balance food it is healthy because puso ng saging is rich in anti-oxidants and it can helps
control blood sugar levels, we didn't also use any kind of meat. It is unhealthy because we use crushed
piattos as our breading. We only offer one kind of Purger but we are open in any suggestions of the
customers or if the entrepreneurs come up with another idea.
Burger became prominent because it always belongs to the famous eat-all- you-can concept.
Innovations are also important factor in making a business. Comparing PURGER to their competitors, the
burger of is unique compare to other because instead of the bread as it’s patty we made it as Puso ng
Saging together with crushed piattos. Considering that burgers are cost-effective and affordable, people
commonly buy these for snacks, this is evidenced by the long waiting line on fast food chains that offers
burgers. And although there are several brands of burgers available in the market, most of the people
became loyal to the brand of burgers that they occasionally buy. Because of this characteristics, purger is
considered as convenience good taking into account its cheaper price, demand and the habitual purchase of
customers even without much consideration.

a product or service. The determination of price is very important and crucial decision. It affects all parties
involved in the production, distribution, and consumption of goods.

Advertising the business through social media is a really big help. Social media can now use to
business purposes. People nowadays often use their social media accounts to socialize and to
communicate. Promoting the business through this can make the business to be known and it is also
easy to promote in this way. Also, social media is a big influencer to people and people are always
curious and want to try new trends.
The entrepreneurs decided to use advertising in social media because it is the easiest way to
connect to the customers and it has a large scope. It is also easy to persuade and inform customers
about the business.

Since the Purger Company has many competitors the business compares it to them which
are Minute Burger, Using the 4P’s which is product, price, place, promotion.

Then Purger want to experience good customer service. This process will show how Purger
handle their customers by entertaining from greeting with a smile and taking the order to receive
the payment and giving the order.

Store Schedule
Purger stall will be open 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, from Monday to Sunday. It is located at
Arellano Street of Camiling, Tarlac in front of Church. The stall will operate twelve (12) hours
per day. The stall will have four (4) employees. The employees will be divided into two shift, the
morning and afternoon shift. The excess working hours will be considered as overtime.

Employees must have this permit, to ensure health regulations in all food and non-food
establishments in the city.

SSS Contribution
It is important that you are aware of the payment deadlines for contributions and member loans in
order to avoid incurring penalties. If you are an employee-member, your employer must pay
contributions and member loans monthly in accordance with the prescribe schedule of payment,
which is according to the prescribe digit of the employees I.D. number. Late payments will result
to penalties and delays in the processing of your benefits and loans.

PhilHealth Contribution

Staffing and Costing
Purger is a company that has recently, it will be hiring sales staff. Having the right serving staff is
an important tool to run a business. Servers must be able to work well under pressure, meeting the
demands of customers at several tables while maintaining a positive and pleasant satisfaction.

Store Staff are responsible for selling goods and product. They are the one who is in the
workplace through the day to provide the needs and wants of the target market. They are
responsible for the sanitation of the workplace. Also they are responsible for the payment
transactions and accountable for the records and receipts.

Employee’s Benefits
The company needs an employee’s benefit, this business must grow to make the business accessible
through employee’s communications and benefits portal. These benefits will serve as the motivation and
encouragement to all employees in this business to do their job.

13th Month Pay


It is an additional amount of compensation usually calculated from a single month salary.

Company’s Disciplinary Policies and Procedures


1. There are seven working days per week that must be attended, Mondays to Sundays.
2. Employees must be at the working place by the fixed or notified time.
3. All employees are required to wear their identity card while on duty and follow the proper dress code
at all times.
4. The management is strictly take actions if any employee found continue chatting or playing games
during production hours.
5. The employees are given break time and lunch break, and must not exceed beyond the specified time
given.
6. Employee can receive emergency calls during production hours and will only allow usage with specific
limit wherein the maximum duration is 15 to 20 minutes.
7. The employees are not allowed to bring weapons or any sharp objects even for self-defence purposes.
8. Negligence of work will not be tolerated by the management and shall lender an employee liable for
disciplinary action.
9. Any form of damage such as vandalism and theft on the company assets are prohibited.
10. The employee should maintain cleanliness in the production area to avoid accidents and malfunctioning
of the equipment.
11. Alcoholic beverages and drugs is strictly prohibited.Employees who work under the influence of alcohol
or drugs should take the disciplinary action in those who caught breaking the rule.
12. The dress code guidelines compromises of two parts:

Purger Company has guidelines that must be followed by the employees in the Production Area:

1. Employees must remove any accessories and proceed to sanitation area before the production to ensure the
cleanliness in the area.

2. Gloves, hair net and face masks must always be worn by the employees to ensure the safeness, quality and
cleanliness of the product.

3. All employees should wear the company’s uniform (pants and polo shirt) as well as the apron. The apron
will be use must be sanitize and clean before wearing it.

4. Sanitation and inspection of tools and equipment is needed to prevent contamination of the product
that will guarantee the safety and quality of the product.
5. Personal hygiene and cleanliness must always observed. Make sure that hands are always clean,
fingernails should be groomed to prevent any bacteria contamination to the product and moustaches and
beard must be shaved consistently.
6. Electricity plug, lights and gas should always be check. Make sure that all of the equipment and tools
were clean and prepared before leaving the workstation.
If an employee violates and disobeyed any of this rule, it would cause for a disciplinary action that are

Verbal Caution

some wrong work or malpractice.

disciplinary matter.

Is an employee’s departure from a job and the end upon of an employee’s duration with an
employer.Termination maybe voluntary on the employee’s part, or it may be at the hands of the
employer, often in the form of dismissal (firing) or a layoff.

Purger is a general partnership business managed by seven (3) young entrepreneurs; Bernadeth Cuz,
Kennelyn Domingo and Lea Simon. Managing a business is therefore an easiest way; it has only
shortened tax filing which was therefore no other double taxation required. As a result, the figure below
shows the relationship of the owner and its staff.
