I. PROJECT TITLE: THE IMPORTANCE OF HEALTH ESSENTIALS AND HEALTH FACILTY

V: RATIONALE

Health systems have been challenge by the overwhelming demands of

of the Covid 19 pandemic. Resources of supplies are being limited due increase
demand and people fear accessing health care facilities due to fear of accessing the
virus.

How does health essential and health facilty help? School health facilities
improve the quality of the study environment in the school thus improving the
quality of education. The health essentials used by the staff will increase their
confidence in dealing with the new normal stuation as a way of protecting themselves,
family and community.

VI: Importance of the Project

Failure to provide the health essentials and health facilty will decrease the
confidence of the staff to go out from their home and will always have a fear in dealing
with others. Continous providence of the supplies and facilties needed as their protection
being out of their home. The health facility like the handwashing area will always guide
them in promoting proper hygiene. The Faculty and staff will be responsible in maintaining
them in promoting proper hygiene and will be responsible in maintaining
the good facilties provided.

VII: Objectives

The main objective was to safeguard the health of all faculty and staff and visitors,
Enhance awareness on the health essentials and facilities provided and to maintain and
care of the supplies being purchased.

VIII: Methodology
 In order to provide and promote the health essentials and facilties, the Accounting
Department purchased the needed supplies for distibution and utilization of school
personnel and visitors. As part of it, the faculty and staff used the supplies and facililties
with care

IX: Expected Output

As a result, the health of the faculty and staff are protected and also the visitors.
Health facilties are well maintained and cared of. Their awareness of the supplies provided
will boost their confidence.

X. Budgetary Requirements

Alcohol, surgical mask, surgical gloves, thermal scanner, Foothbath/disinfectant

mat, dis infectant liquid, Face shield, hand sanitizer, Foot bath rubberize, tissue,, hand soap,
PPE, Zonrox, medication

XI. Recommendation

Considering the importance of health essentials and health facilty, I strongly
