My contribution to the society after I graduated from Far Eastern University (FEU) is that
I would manifest the values that FEU has taught me and value the teachings that mold my beliefs
and principles in life during my stay in Far Eastern University (FEU). I am currently taking my
fourth and crucial year in my college life during Bachelor’s in Science Major in Nursing. This
course is really tough, and I can say that it has tested my faith, my passion, and patience in taking
this course. As we all know, nurses deal with the tremendous and drastic duties and
responsibilities. As a future nurse, I will contribute to the society by providing better quality care
services, advocate my patients, and educate them to all the health teachings they will need in
order to help them to avoid any complications in their life and with this, I can also make a mark
in their lives and in their hearts that I have fulfilled my duties to them as a health care provider.
On the other hand, I can start a charity drive, or any donation drives or join to medical programs
that voluntarily provides the best and tremendous care that a person needs. As a matter of fact, I
want to be remembered as someone who came from a prestigious university and produces good
quality nurses, and it may not also be all about me as a nurse but as a citizen in this country. As
an individual, I can contribute to the society by providing truthful news, spreading awareness,
providing educational materials, and help others to be motivated. Contributing to the society will
be hard as our community today has been encountering struggles that really tests the
understanding of people and how they will handle such challenges in life. But, I believe Filipinos
are trained and equipped with beneficial and reliable skills that will help them in order for our
country to be fruitful and grow. Thus, my overall contribution to the society after I graduated
from Far Eastern University (FEU) is to be knowledgeable enough to provide awareness and
skillful in my profession as it can help me to increase my capacities to help other people
especially those who are sick.

Guided by the core values of Far Eastern University (FEU), I plan to become productive
member of the society by always rendering services to people not just only to my patients in the
hospital but also in the community. Nursing is very diverse, and they do not choose people who
they will cater and offer services and care. I believe also with Fortitude; I can surpass any
challenges. With Excellence, I would know what I am capable of and intelligent to. With
Uprightness, I am confident in delivering my wisdom and knowledge to people who mostly need
it. Moreover, I also firmly believe that with my actions, I can prove myself to my family, my
professors, my patients, and most especially to myself.
