I. ADVOCACY STATEMENT:
“We may be in the midst of one of the biggest dangers to world education in our era, a
massive educational crisis, but it will not quench our desire for knowledge.”

II. RATIONALE:
It is an indisputable reality that the pandemic has altered our daily life. We
are expected to follow a "new normal" and a new set of safety measures. Along with
regular cleaning, we must follow protocols such as wearing masks and face shields.
School was one of the businesses that suffered significantly because of the abrupt shift
in the globe. It has moved away from the conventional face-to-face format and toward
modular, online, or blended learning.

The Community Learning Hub will function as a community tutorial center

where students who are having difficulty answering their modules and activities will
have free access to the assistance of our volunteer instructors or pre-service teachers.
As a result, students will have someone to assist them not only in teaching but also in
understanding the material.

The primary objective of the Community Learning Hub is to assist students

who are struggling in this new setup of our education system, particularly public
students who are transitioning to the modular form of learning. Second, people who
cannot purchase learning materials should be provided with them. Finally, this seeks to
assist low-income parents who were unable to obtain a formal education when they
were younger. Furthermore, while the marginalized sector will undoubtedly be the
primary beneficiaries of this initiative, if unforeseen circumstances happen, this program
will gladly cater to all students regardless of their economic origins.

III. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

The Community Learning Hub will:
 function as a community school that assists students with their studies.
 encourage volunteering among college students at Bohol Wisdom School
 cooperate in educating the students in these trying times.
 give instructional resources to student who cannot afford to buy them
 teach people who are financially fortunate the virtue of giving and sharing.
 assist the underprivilege students as they answer their modules in this new-
normal way of education.
 serve as a practice to the pre-service teachers as they enter the teaching field in
the future.

4. All the goods gathered will be distributed evenly among the recipient of the said
activity.

5. The advocate intends to teach children who are not enrolled in school to at least
prepare them when they opt to attend school. The advocate, together with the
volunteers, will oversee preparing visual aids and other instructional materials.

tutorials to students within their jurisdiction. Thus, minimum health protocols such as
