Justification
The family is able to do all activities, receive the
necessary care and needs and has no disabilities.
The family is able to provide the proper treatment to
complications when needed. However, they lack
exercise because according to the children, they have
no time to do this because of online classes.
The family treats illness immediately as soon as
symptoms occur and is able to determine the presence
of it. They don’t rely too much on medication but
surely use it when needed.
The family’s healthy lifestyle is poor and lacks nutrients
coming from vegetables and fruits since the family
mostly eat meat. According to the eldest child, he
always skip breakfast and would eat 2 times a day only.
This also applies to his other siblings. Majority of the
family sleeps at midnight having 5-6 hours of sleep.
The family accepts disease calmly and acknowledges
the limitations it imposes while doing all possible to
promote healing and rehabilitation.
The family is able to create a stronger bond and not
making a big deal about problems that they encounter.
The family has also a positive outlook in life.
The family is able to maintain their relationship by
always considering Sunday as a family day and would
go out and eat together. They always make sure that
they are there for each other when problems arrive.
The family’s community is calm and has a good
relationship with one another. The house is sturdy and
doesn’t show presence of danger since it is built well.
However, family lacks equipments that is needed for
possible dangers to occur such as first aid kit and fire
extinguisher.
Use of Community Facilities Family members use the facilities they require in a
