The following are the elements of Pre-Historic Filipino Culture. In a one paragraph
ESSAY explain how such cultural orientation is practice and observed: (20 points)
 
Written and customary laws
-Law consisting of customs that are obligatory rules of conduct.Customs law consists of rules
and requirements that are accepted as legal obligations or standards of conduct. They are
considered as if they were laws.Customary law is usually not written down, as it's the people's
understanding of how certain actions are performed in their community. This type of law also
comes with compensation for certain damages.
Religious practices
- include rituals, ceremonies, and events that are related to religion. Some of these include
festivals, rituals, and ceremonies.The practice of religion is good for people of all faiths. It helps
them develop self-control, empathy, and intelligence.
 
Divination or magic charms
-Divination is a type of magic that enables people to see the future. For instance, the Manobos of
Agussan Valley performed a type of divination known as hieromimancy, where they observed the
blood coming from a sacrificed pig or chicken.The Tagulilong plant, which has sucker-like
protrusions on its branches, is believed to attract women. It has a sweet smell and is said to make
a person fall in love with you. The other plants with similar properties include the Tagulisang and
the Tunco.
 
 
Religious beliefs
-The Equality Act says it’s only unlawful discrimination if you’re treated unfairly because of
certain reasons. These reasons are called protected characteristics. Religion and belief are
protected characteristics under the Equality Act. They cover people with a range of faiths and
beliefs. Belief means both religious and non religious beliefs.
 
Economic System
-An economic system is a means by which societies or governments organize distribute available
resources, services, and goods across a geographic region or country. And
Capitalism is the greatest economic system because it has numerous benefits and creates
multiple opportunities for individuals in society. Some of these benefits include producing wealth
and innovation, improving the lives of individuals, and giving power to the people.
 
 
Social Classes
-Social class, also called class, a group of people within a society who possess the same
socioeconomic status. Besides being important in social theory, the concept of class as a collection of
individuals sharing similar economic circumstances has been widely used in censuses and in studies of
social mobility.Social classes are groupings of individuals in a hierarchy, usually based on wealth,
educational attainment, occupation, income, and membership in a subculture or social network.
