What is it? Parallel structure is when we use the same grammar structure when we are making a list in a sentence.

Noun

Ryan likes swimming, hiking, and to ride a motorcycle.

Adverbs
Students were asked to do their assignment quickly, accurately, and in thorough manner.

Clause
 Dad told me that I shoud study a lot, that I should not eat fast food, and to maintain a strict routine.

Verb
Eric joined the office, worked hard, and is getting a pay raise.

Adjective
This book contains poems which are romantic, soothing, and can be enjoyable.

Imagine that you´re friend is going to be in a play next week
