Role

Reporting Analysts/ Executives are expected to learn and apply the skills across various client industry
verticals (banking, insurance, healthcare, travel, transport, logistics, retail and media, utilities, business and
financial research) to:

 Generate insights for decision making in functional areas (e.g. marketing, pricing, risk, fraud, etc.)
using data science, statistical and business intelligence tools (such as SAS, SQL, R, Python and
Tableau), or
 Developing Digital solutions using HyperAutomation skills including Artificial Intelligence, Machine
Learning, Analytics, Cloud and Automation (RPA platforms like UiPath or Blue Prism or Microsoft
Technologies (Visual Studio .Net, ASP.Net, API Integration)

Responsibilities
 Own and deliver work on the assigned project
 Learn and adapt to coding tools and scripting languages, as required for the respective client
project allocated
 Work with supervisor and senior team members to understand the requirement and complete the
given task with quality
 Execute assigned tasks using the appropriate tools and techniques
 Develop and implement business information reports on various OLAP platforms
 Adhering to documentation control standards and processes maintaining high standards of quality
will be a key requirement

Opportunity
 In-house technical training on tools and algorithms
 Leverage best practices from experienced analytics/ engineering industry practitioners
 Work on one or more data science problem statements related to analytics insights, business
intelligence, data engineering and hyper-automation

Primary Interactions
o Engages with Assistant Managers, Managers to an Engagement Manager, depending on the
project construct and requirement
o All Analytics/ Digital and any other EXL function, on need basis

Desired Candidate profile


 Strong academic performance
 Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving, including data
analysis and validation
 Desire and ability to leverage technical competence to solve business
problems in an information rich environment
 Knowledge of cloud technologies on AWS/ Microsoft Azure is a plus
Technical Skills
 Understanding Agile or waterfall development lifecycle and development
on RPA platforms (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Pega) is a
preference.
 IT application development using Microsoft Technologies (Visual Studio
.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server Cognitive API, C#, WPF, WCF, MVC, TFS etc.) is a
preference
 Capable of delivering accurate and timely output
 Be proactive and exhibit an outstanding ability to communicate
 Have the willingness to take initiatives
 Ability to translate business requirements to optimum automation solutions,
Soft skills adhering to quality standards
 Process driven and conceptual thinking
 Innovative thinker, Quick and agile learner
 Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.

Salary
 Joining Salary ==> INR 4.00 LPA.
 Best performers move to ==> 3YBA after completion of 1 year
@ 5 LPA (subject to satisfactory performance);

CTC
 At 12 Months - INR 5.00 LPA
 At 24 months- INR 6 LPA
 At 30 months- INR 8.50 LPA (subject to promotion to Band-B1)
 At 42 months- INR 11 LPA (post 12 months from promotion to Band-B1)
 First Year Anniversary Bonus- INR 50000 (payable after completion of 12
months from DOJ with a claw back of 12 months from date of payout)
Bonus  Second Year Anniversary Bonus- INR 1.00 Lakh (payable after completion of
24 months from DOJ with a claw back of 12 months from date of payout)

 Third Anniversary Bonus - INR 1.50 Lakh (payable after completion of 36


months from DOJ with a claw back of 12 months from date of payout)
 Fourth Anniversary Bonus - INR 1.50 Lakh (payable after completion of 48
months from DOJ with a claw back of 12 months from date of payout)
All Increments and bonuses are payable as per company guidelines and are subject
to change as per individual performance, company’s performance and
management’s sole decision in this regard.
 Relocation support during joining process
 Onsite travel opportunities/transfer to payrolls of our UK/US/AU/SA offices
as per project requirements
Additional Perks
 Performance bonus is pro-rated for the first year depending on individual’s
joining date and the company’s bonus disbursement cycle
