TYPES OF

ART

EXPRESSION

"Be imaginative, Learn, Create and be an Artist"

What is Art Expression?

"the act of making your thought,

feelings, etc. known by speech,
writing or some other method"
"not only embodies

the
artist's emotions and ideas
but also reflects the
environment it's created in
and the history behind the
subject."

LITERARY
Art
In this art, artists express their
thoughts and ideas through writing.
They compose literature and stories to
communicate with their readers.
This form of art requires a creative and
idealistic mind to produce very effective
literature so that their audience would
appreciate and picture- out using their
imagination.

Examples:
Architecture
Architecture is the art and science of designing

buildings and other physical structures.

It is expressed when architects create designs for new

construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments.

They use their specialist construction knowledge and

high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are

functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

EXAMPLES:
DANCE
Dancing is a very good way and a form of
expression, just like painting. It requires one
person a lot of time, blood and effort, to be
able to perform a sort of dance flawlessly
and gracefully.
Experience, continuous practice and
expertise in performing can unmask an
artist’s creativity in dancing.

PERFORMANCE
ART
Performance art is an artwork or

art exhibition created through

actions executed by the artist or

other participants.

through movement that thrives in

moments of social strife and

political unrest.

VISUAL ART

canvass, artist pallete, and inspiration

Artists usually do artworks

by the way of

paintings or drawings and bring them to

life through creative imagination and

works.

that enables us to
