1. What is a data warehouse in the Education Sector?

A data warehouse is, in essence, a storage facility for many datasets culled from a variety of source files, such as student enrollment,
program participation, graduation, state-level test data, teacher data and financial data.

2. Base on your observations, experience and assessment of the eRsei System used by St. Anthony’s College, what are the benefits it gives
to you as a student? What recommendations can you share for the improvement of the system?

The benefits eRsei System gives me as a student is rhat it makes me updated about my schedule, my grades and my current balance in
my statement of account wirhout going to the actual school. This system is online that is why it is easy to access all my school related
accounts.
My only recommendation is that, it should be updated faster. For example, during enrollment, the current statement of account is still kot
updated though i cleared all my balances. Nevertheless, it is very helpful for me.

3. Why every college needs to secure their data warehouse?

Data warehouse security entails taking the necessary steps to protect information so that only authorized personnel can access it. Data
warehouse security should involve the following: Strict user access control so that users of the warehouse can only access data they need
to do their jobs.
Every college needs to secure their data warehouses because it contains private information such us enrollment data of students, teacher
and financial datas.
