1. What is the Webinar all about?


The webinar is all about Mental health awareness, time management, procrastination , seek
help, self control, and identify yourself. They explain why we should and should not do things
like procrastination, especially If what you do is too important and then you just procrastinate
and doing nothing. They discussed too why it should be avoided and why it should be done in
the right time using time management. Something I like about this webinar is they discuss about
mental health too that some of us can relate especially in our current situation which is so
difficult. Webinar is a great thing to do especially to students.
2. What are your learnings in this webinar?

I have learned to avoid things that don’t help me like procrastination, and I agree that
procrastination does not really help us so it should be avoided as soon as possible. And I also
liked the topic about mental and then they also helped me by their some advice to us with
mental health problems and they helped me too on other things. I also learned to balance my
time for the deadline and I want to pass the activity without being pressured and I believed that
it’s okay to pass ahead of time than late but it depends if there is something more important to
do and then we can not do and pass activity on time.
