investment and service needs. Acquiring New to Bank customers is a part of profile and
also Enhancing the Relationship value of the Existing clients to achieve the Branch
Targets in the products like FD, RD, MF, Insurance, and Asset Products.
In the operation part verification of cash receipts and payments, Clearing
Instruments, Non - Financial Transactions, attend to customer queries, Cash opening and
closing, Locker operations.
Duties and Responsibility
Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
Provision of a superior level of customer relations and promotion of the sales and
service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation
Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and
retention of account relationship
Prepare and review daily activity of PB's, VB's and BDO’s
Cross-sell of products like Liability products, Third party products and Assets (i.e.
sales of 3 products per customer within 90 days of account opening) with new and as
well as with existing customers
Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees
Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis
Brief employees on their role and expectations from them
Provide timely feedback to employees on a regular basis (structured
feedback)Conduct workshops and training programs for the employees
