THE OVERALL CLIMATE IS DRY AND HUMID. THE
SUMMERS AND WINTERS ARE DRY, WHILE IN THE 5. PARKING, AT LEAST FOR 1 CAR
MONSOON, THERE IS TREMENDOUS AMOUT OF & 2 TWO WHEELERS.
RAIN.

DESIGN STRATEGIES :
THE COMMON ELEMENT USED IN OVERALL DESIGNING OF THE SPACE IS
VERTICAL LINES! VERTICAL LINES REPRESENT GRANDNESS, AS IT CREATES
AN IMPRESSION OF HEIGHT.
COURTYARD, WAS ONE OF THE
REQUIREMENTS. BUT INSTEAD OF
PROVIDING JUST AN EMPTY
COURTYARD, I ADDED A WATERBODY,
ADDED SOME SEATING AND ASLO
POOJA AREA, SO THE SAME AREA, WILL
BE DOUBLED UP AS POOJA ROOM. IJUST
IMAGINE, ON A SUNNY EVENING,
HAVING A CUP OF HOT CHAI, SITTING
ON THE SEATING AREA BY THE
WATERBODY WHICH OVERLOOKS THE
TEMPLE AND HAVINNG FUN WITH FAMILY
OR FRIENDS OR BOTH! SO, THIS WILL BE
AN AREA WHERE WHOLE FAMILY CAN
ENJOY.
MATERIAL PALLETE :

THE OVERALL EFFECT OF BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SPACES IS COSY
SPACES. SO THE MATERIALS SELETED HAVE A BRIGHT UNUDERTONE TO
THEM AND ALSO THEY ARE MOSTLY ECO FRIENDLY,
MATERIALS SELECTED ARE:
FLOORING & SEATING AREA OF COURTYARD : SLATE STONE
STAIRCASE STEPS : BLACK GRANITE
FAÇADE WORK : HANDMADE ROUGH BRICKS, TERRACOTA TILES, RUBBLE
WALL, METAL PIPES WITH SMALL DIAMETER, GLASS, VERTICAL GARDEN
ETC.
