Seniors are required to undertake graduation internships or practical internships before their
graduation. In my opinion, internships are extremely crucial and essential for their future
because students who spend several months on internships can gain much working experience.
Firstly, internships can help seniors know if they are suitable for their majors. For example, one
student participates in an internship for about 4-5 months. After enjoying the job, she can realize
that is she interested in that major or can she become an office worker. Conversely, if she is
bored with that job, she can choose other training and decide which job she can do after her
graduation. Moreover, the second reason that makes internships important is that seniors can
gain working experience which is very difficult to find a teacher to teach you practical work. If
students have working experience, they will be outstanding compared to others when applying
for jobs. Finally, working as an intern allows seniors to supplement their income, and having a
second source of money can assist them in their life. Due to those reasons, internships are very
important for not only banking and finance students but also most students in other universities.
