During inspection of Haradh camp following findings were observed

1: Camp clinic

(a) No male nurse was available at clinic during inspection.

(b) Two oxygen cylinders were depressurised.
(c) Four lights were defective.
(d) Two smoke detectors were found defective.
(e) Fire hose reel cabinet near clinic was found Brocken during inspection.
(f) Fire extinguisher available were not UL listed.

2: Mess Hall

(a) Fire extinguisher available in mess hall were not UL listed and in-sufficient, at least four more
fire extinguisher are required. (All UL/FM listed).
(b) Nearly 100 LED ceiling lights were found defective.
(c) Smoke detector (20 pcs) in office and mess hall were found defective.

3: Security guard

(a) During inspection security guard was not available and guard room was locked.
Recommendations:
(a) Three security guard should be available at haradh camp, two during day shift with full
Uniform and one at night with full Uniform.

4: Labour toilets, block- f, 03

(a) Geyser were found defective.

(b) Two taps were found defective.
(c) All adjust fans were found defective.
(d) Four ceiling lights were found defective.
(e) Electrical water cooler was found defective.
Nearly all labour toilets have same condition

5: Labour rooms, on random verification

Room no A-24
(a) Found defective smoke detector
(b) No room locks.

Room no A-03

(a) Defective’s ceiling lights,

(b) Defective smoke detector,
(c) No room locks.

6: Camp generator panel board was found defective.

7: Fire hose reel cabinet of block-02 was found defective.

As per the inspection there is many things has-been required to do, for example the damages of
generators penal box and the bus is breck down park the volleyball court inside the camp

The others issues you can see which is mansion in the list.

The house keeping condition is really very poor garbage is everywhere in camp and workers don’t
have extra manpower to clean for that some of requirement I mansion in the MR other one is
required for electrical and plumbing material to do the maintenance for the camp.
