Activity 2: Picture Analysis

1. The picture above represents an adolescent dealing with peer pressure, bullying, teenage
pregnancy, and being disoriented of what school to enroll in.
2. If I were in the same situation as the one depicted in the image, I might feel anxious and most
likely be worried out as well.
3. Yes, adolescents who experience certain health issues significantly affect their behavior and
ability to learn. Their ability to focus on a task is affected, and their work suffers as a result of
their failure to recall information.
4. Experiencing such may put our entire well-being at risk, and so yes! It is very important to
address those teen issues. And one healthy coping mechanism that may help reduce such
health issues is through obtaining proper care and support, as well as giving oneself a break
when feeling stressed out.
5. As a teenager, it is critical for me to understand my life objectives. Knowing that adolescence
is the most difficult stage of development, we must learn to acknowledge the situation, know
our own values, and try to develop a plan to deal with the situation.

1. One of the best ways to address stress is understanding the situation and then committing a
positive attitude.
2. One of the common consequences when stress is not addressed is being devastated, burnout,
breakdown, and might lead to depression.
Activity 5: Differentiated Instruction

The entire illustration portrays teenagers experiencing anxiety and pressure or what we
commonly called stress. Sequence one is about two young teenagers who later get attached with each
other and commit an unpleasant sin. As a result, sequence two occurred. The young lady gets pregnant
and the guy suddenly disappears. And because of what she experienced, the lady got stress and almost
committed suicide (sequence 3), but all of a sudden she realized that doing such is not the solution.
She is the bearer of a life, it might be a painful process but indeed a blessing. She realizes she needs to
fight, and immediately talks to her mom about everything. Her mother then refers her to a psychiatrist.
And that then, changed her perspective and now knows the value of life.
