* I think they are greeting each other.

2. Search for “Saudi Arabia’s Nose Kiss”, what have you learned? Is it similar with your initial
interpretation?
* No, but I think is quite yes. because base on my research, Nose kiss in Saudi Arabia’s is the way of their
greetings to each other but on the other hand, it is also the way of their respect on the elders or senior.

*Maybe because the Spaniards had gleaned some information from the
Filipinos about what they were doing in the personal taxes of soldiers,
which is the Gomburza priest were involved.

2. Are the three Filipino priests -GOMBURZA- the mastermind of the Cavite Mutiny? Defend your
answer.
*No, because many article said that One Franciscan friar disguised as Burgos and suggested a mutiny to the
mutineers. The senior friars used an una fuerte suma de dinero or a banquet to convince Governor-General
Rafael Izquierdo that Burgos was the mastermind of the coup.

* the First Cry of the Philippine Revolution happened on August 23, 1896 at Pugad Lawin. Because in 1963
the National Historical Commission of the Philippines declared it.

2. What is the significance of the “Cry” to our history?


* The Cry of the Revolution in Pugad Lawin, marked the start of the Philippine Revolution in 1896 which
eventually led to Independence of the country in 1898.

*Some historians says he did, but I think Rizal did not which was the reason he was killed by a firing squad.

2. What is the impact of the retraction, if found true, to our history?


* If that is the case, considering how we think nowadays, his reputation on the eyes of many Filipinos will
change in a way that we will start to question his integrity as a national hero.
