Ladies and gentlemens. Welcome to our presentation.

You probably already know about the start-up program Shark tank. And we are here
today to re-show a deal in which investors and startups come to raise capital.

The Sharks today are Van Hoang and Dang Khoa.

The startups are Minh Thu, Kim Ngan, Tuyet Hoa and Khanh Hue

And now let’s get started.

As everyone knows, the situation in VietNam and other countries around the world
is currently in a state of emergency because of the covid19 pandemic. The world
death toll is above 4 million, while the number of COVID deaths in Vietnam is over
10,000. The number of persons with the disease is growing, which leads to the
lack of room in hospitals and in isolation areas, and people having to self-isolate at
home. Not only that, the death toll also increases, making morgues, funeral houses
and the number of coffins no longer enough to bury the dead. The economy is
currently in crisis, and families whose loved ones have died are ineligible to buy
burial coffins. That is why we came up with the idea of using cardboard instead of
wood or other expensive materials to make a coffin that is both inexpensive and
saves production time, while also utilizing unused cardboard.

This type of ecological coffin is consistent with the human philosophy of living in
harmony with nature. When we came up with this idea, we knew there would be
criticism, such as the use of paper coffins being disrespectful to the dead;
however, we would like to respond that respect for the deceased does not depend
on how expensive the coffin is. So, Shark, we hope you seize this golden
opportunity.

CEO: D&C us firm came here to seek 2 billion investment in exchange for 5%
equity in our company.

Any questions?

NDT: Where do you get the materials from?

CEO:we collect from cotton paper manufacturing companies

NDT: What if rain softens the product when using these materials?

CEO: Following the collection of those materials, it will be processed. Furthermore,

there are chemicals that help the paperboard harden and become waterproof. Their
hardness allows them to take the place of wood. This can help to reduce the
destruction of trees, which is harmful to the environment.

NDT: So how much do you sell such a coffin?

CEO: This product is currently only available in foreign markets and is not yet well-
known in Vietnam. According to my sources, a product can cost anywhere between
2 and 3 million VND abroad, and up to 5 to 6 million VND if imported. As a result,
we decided to sell for 2.5 million VND.

 So, how much profit do you make per unit? Can you inform me about
the company's current financial and business situation?
 Start-up: We now purchase carton paper from old paper for 3.000 VND per
kg. For processing old paper, a completed coffin uses 50 kg of paper and
chemicals. Aside from material costs, labor costs, and other expenses, the net
profit ranges from 15 to 30% per coffin. I am pleased to say my start up has
continued its excellent performance. We are changing, growing and doing
well at a difficult time of Covid 19. Turnover in this quarter is 3.5 billions
VND , an increase of 30% on last quarter, and net profit rises by 5% to 800
million VND. We are highly competitive business. We have increase our
market share to 70% in domestic market. We always try to innovate our
mindset and products to satisfy our customers and raise our brand awareness
as a upmarket products.

 Investor: Your plants, machines, equipments is yourself-own or hired?

Your coffins that are treated by chemicals will be friendly to our
environment, to labour and to the dead, won't they?
 Start-up: The plants and related equipment are our company 's assets. Aside
from that, our production technology is transferred by a Japanese company.
We guarantee that our eco-friendly coffins will fulfill the highest health and
environmental requirements. Our ultimate goal is to decrease household and
industrial waste by utilizing recycled paper and to conserve the forest by
reducing the usage of natural wood coffins., especially precious trees. We are
proud of that our company is a part of the green economy movement and is
pursuing a saving and green corporate culture. Our labors are equipped with
health knowledges and high quality protective clothing.
 Investor: How do you sell your products?
 Start-up: We have a Marketing team. We promote our products on social
media, Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube. Our online revenue takes up about
50%, . Another 50% comes from offline distributors. That are hospitals,
camp coffin.
 Investor: When did you start your selling?
 Start-up: Our products were launched by 6 months.
 Investor: Tell me about your revenue.
 Start-up: We sold 6000 units in last 3 months. Now, the pandemic is getting
more terrible. And the number of death can reach to 1000 a day. Our
products are more popular to out target customers. The number of orders was
10 000 last month. Now we are out of order.
 Investor: How will you spend that 2 billion ?
 Start-up: D & C has essentially completed the legal and marketing
procedures, as well as a certain market foothold, so with a capital of 2 billion
companies, they will focus on purchasing more machinery and equipment to
expand the scale of production. production to meet domestic demand while
also reaching the international market

 Investor: I love your idea. I can’t imagine you not selling this product,
frankly. I get it. But I specialize in stock and real estate, so it ‘s not a
product that I can relate to. So I am OUT.
 Investor: I love your energy and your idea really interest me. We have
giant plant and equipment, that can help your company advance your
production capacity. Our marketing team also help you out getting into
retail faster. I can be your strategic investor. So I offer 4 million $ for
