1.VISION.
Suvarna Durga’s first steps were taken by its founder later Shri.
Jakkireddy Subba Reddy in 1978,who had the vision to consolidate
the efforts of innumerable proud, hardworking everyday
entrepreneurs.
The business was waste paper trading. Subsequently, this self
help initiative for sourcing, gathering and distributing of waste paper
trading proved to be the exact strategy needed for empty glass
bottle trading too.
This Group has then spread out to paper manufacturing,
construction and reality, and agro products training.
This group has CSR initiatives for education concessions, and it
also supports students with undergraduate studies. The group
awards 20 students every year with scholarships of Rs.20000/- under
the Suvarna Durga Group trust setup in 2016.
The trust has also refurbished a Zila Parishad school in LB
Nagar. A new facility of 3000sft was built on the first floor to provide
better facilities to its students.

1. This Group only operates in a specific region it can easily penetrate new
markets as recycling business that this Group does has high demand in
todays economy.
2. It has good control on the supply chain of its material needs and sources.
3. This group has a traditional style of internal management.
4. This group has many business setup in various fields, like production,
distribution and also recycling.

1.Strengths
This Group has extensive experience in every field it operates.
It has good control over the business operations in its region.
It has a good brand image.
It has many ways to cater to its customers as it operates in many fields.
2.Opportunities
As this Group only operates in a particular region, it has many
opportunities to expand to nearby regions to attract new business.
It also has a good brand image so it would be easier to enter a new
market.
As it operates in recycling business it has many opportunities in newer
markets as there aren’t many companies that cater recycling needs of
todays cities.

5.Environmental analysis
1.Internal:
This organisation operates on a traditional form of
management, it follows a form similar to a foreman and worker type
of operation system.This organisation has good values and does
ethical management.
The Suvarna Durga Group has many facilities for its
employees to be an entrepreneur to some extent.
2.External:
This organisation has a good brand image in the
industry. This organisation has good control over the supply chain of
its materials.Due to its brand image one of the newer ventures in
real estate grew from Rs9Cr turnover to Rs75Cr turnover in just 3
years.
