In this picture it shows a rat that serve as a hardworking man and money with rat trap
in which that man catches because he wants to get the money. As we can see how a man is
being greed or way say a strong desire or possessions for money.

SOLUTIONS:

The message of this picture is a man can use or serve his life for being obsessed on
money to get what he wants. The best solution is appreciating all the things we achieve and
what we have in life, specially prioritize the need not the wants.

EXPLANATIONS:

This photo it shows that eating too much food are getting too fat and also it shows that
no time to do something productive. People overeat for many different reasons. Some people
eat too much when they feel stressed, while others overeat due to a lack of planning or
because they use food as a pick-me-up. While overeating has many different causes, there are
as many ways to avoid or prevent it.

SOLUTIONS:

The message of this photo is a man who always eat too much food and that cause of
illness. So that the best solution in this photo to prevent overeat are exercise regularly, trying
relaxing activities, such as yoga or meditation and staying connected and asking for help
from friends and family and specially to avoid overeating, prepare or plan meals for the week
or days ahead. At the same time, prepare healthful snacks, such as chopped vegetables in
containers.

Eating healthy foods is good for our body that makes our body strong and energetic.
The number one is eating vegetables because these are full of essential vitamins, minerals,
and antioxidants that provide many important health benefits to our body. A diet rich in
vegetables and fruits can lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke,
prevent some types of cancer, lower risk of eye and digestive problems, and have a positive
effect upon blood sugar, which can help keep appetite in check. Not only vegetables help our
body to be healthy the last thing can do is exercises because exercise helps people lose weight
and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising regularly lowers a person's risk of developing
some diseases, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. Exercise also can
help keep your body at a healthy weight. Exercise can help a person age well.
