 Whilst facing the current situation and the challenge of COVID-19 which took
over the whole world for a year now and still we are under lockdowns and quarantines,
the Biñan Integrated National High School still assures the safety of stakeholders most
especially the students by setting awareness regarding hygiene, proper sanitations and
importance of clean water and that was under the program of WASH in School (Water,
Sanitation and Hygiene).
As the school opens last September 13, 2021, WinS try to still do its best in creating
awareness and educating students to proper hygiene even though they are in the safety
of their own house. In order to advocate how handwashing with soap is a very effective,
affordable way to prevent diseases and virus like the COVID, students sent picture of
them doing the proper washing and the importance of regularly washing their hands. And
not only the hands are the ones that are needed to be clean as they are enjoying the
comfort of their home, brushing their teeth is also one of the things that must be regularly
done. Proper hygiene is very important thus, making handwashing and tooth brushing is
a must habit for us to stay healthy amidst the pandemic.
