 The Binan Integrated National High School took part to the yearly
celebration of Glob al Handwashing Day last October 15, 2021, with the theme,
“Our Future is at Hand. Let’s Move Forward Together.”
The celebration aims to promote handwashing as one of the simplest
and cheapest way to fight COVID and any communicable diseases. With the
help and support of our school head Ms. Julie Ann D. Natividad, all the teachers
and staff of BINHS and most especially the students from all Grade Level for
this school year 2021-2022.
Dissemination of activities in the Youth Formation DepEd Facebook page of
BINHS. The activities are the following:
1. Proper Handwashing Drill at 12 o’clock.
2. Symposium via Facebook page of the DepEd.
3. Facebook Post Contest: “Para Kanino Ka Naghuhugas ng Kamay?”
With the hashtags as support for the activities are #GlobalHandWashingDay
and #BINHSSayYestoProperHandwashing.
Proper dissemination was also sent to chief advisers of all grade levels, to the
group chat of BINHS and most especially to the group messenger chat of all
sections.
12 o’clock Habit of Handwashing
Activities
The WinS group at BINHS conducts a “12 o’clock Habit to Beat
Covid”. Where all grade levels have certain schedule for
handwashing and tooth brushing at the safety of their home.

“Para Kanino Ka Naghuhugas ng Kamay?”

This activity aims to promote how important handwashing during this time of
pandemic. Since we all know that our hands are carriers of viruses. Students
together with their family members, as well as teachers took part in the activity.
 “VIDEO ENTRY OF BINHS”

BINHS also took part in the video contest of all schools in the division of
Binan. Teachers from the Grado Walo are the participants that took time to
present a unique and a very timely video to promote proper handwashing.
