Yeah, I think the lack of sex ed play a big part in unplanned pregnancies, but in the situation of Faith?

I don't think so.

She knew that she can get pregnant, and yet hindi niya pinilit si evren na magcondom if ever she's not aware of after
pills or depo shots. She can also say no kung wala talagang condom. That was stupid, but it was both their fault.

It is true na siya ang pinakamaaapektuhan sa pregnancy, but that's just nature. Mothers are the ones who bear their
children and that has been the case since the beginning of time. It's no one’s fault, but it is their responsibility to bear.
It's a product of cause and effect. And as i've said before, the fetus is neither a part of her body nor it is a parasite. In
fact, I actually support ‘her body, her choice’. She can mutilate her arm if she wants to because that is a part of her body,
but again, the fetus isn’t. It is reasonable for society to expect an adult to live temporarily with an inconvenience if the
only alternative is killing a child.

The question lies as to whether that fetus is a human being or not, because if it is, then it should have the right to
ethical and legal consideration, including the right to life. And the thing is, that fetus is actually a human being as I
repeatedly mentioned. It is literally being studied in human embryology, the study of fetal development itself. Meaning
to say, nung sinabi kong ‘a fetus is a human being,’ that was a fact, not a belief. Hindi ko lang to haka-haka or paniniwala.
And every human being's right to life should outweigh another's right to convenience. Faith can't just kill another human
being just because it is convenient for her.

The reason why I'm against abortion is because from the moment of conception, an embryo is a human being. That one
week old fetus, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks, is a human being. Again, a fact, not a belief. Ang paniniwala ko dito ay papasok sa
karapatan nilang mabuhay. Those kids didn't choose to exist, it's their parents’ choice or in some cases, the consequence
of their irresponsibility. And by the way, there are actually people who survived abortion. As in nabuhay sila kahit na
pinaabort sila ng magulang nila. That speaks plenty about the science of human life.

I'm not trying to invalidate the feelings of the people who want to opt for abortion, because most of them, if not all, are
unaware of the fact that an embryo is a human being or maybe they refuse to accept it. I'm putting the blame on the
abortionists and the media for putting up inadequate information to instill the mindset that what they are doing is okay.

In regards to pregnancies caused by incest or rape, I highly sympathize with the mother, but a child is a child regardless
of how it was conceived. Now that we have established the fact that an embryo is indeed a human being, is it justifiable
to kill it even if it’s innocent? Abortion will not heal a rape victim.

For people who are not yet ready to be parents and people who had unprotected sex but don’t want to get pregnant,
you’re are right. They were irresponsible, so they should bear the consequences of their actions. At kung iniisip mo yung
kapakanan ng bata, then that should be a discussion about the circumstances of the child, and not a discussion about
the killing of the child. Pwede nilang ipaampon if that’s the option they want to go for. You’re right, that’s their decision.
But if you’re telling me that it’s also their decision whether that child gets to live or not depending on their conveniency,
then that’s no different than telling me that I can kill someone and should not be responsible for murder because it’s
convenient for me.

Lastly, for people with medical conditions, I actually have no problem with them getting abortion especially if their
health is at risk. Why? Because it’s already a matter of survival. It’s better to lose one patient than lose both. Dito na
pumapasok yung scenario na kailangang mamili ng tatay between the mother and their child. And by the way, cases like
these, are actually extremely rare. Nasa panahon na tayo na may magagandang medical facilities at updated na medical
information unlike before.
