STITCH MASTERS CLUB

BASIC RULES and GUIDELINES

Article 1: Name and Purpose of the Club


Section 1: The Name of the club shall be Stitch Masters Club
Section 2: The purpose of the club is to create product that shall be beneficial for
the school and community.

Article 2: Membership
Section 1: Members shall be taking or has taken Tailoring Class.
Section 2: Members must know the basic operations of ISMO.
Section 3: Members should have mastered the use of high speed sewing machine.
Section 4: Members must be able to produce items needed for the school and the
community.

Article 3: Meetings
Section 1: Members shall meet every weekends.
Section 2: An instruction shall be given by an officer before the start of activity.
Instruction includes:
Section 2.1. The nature and purpose of the product.
Section 2.2. The procedures
Section 2.3. Presentation of the sample product.
Section 3: Distribution of sewing tools and materials. Sewing tools include:
Section 3.1. Bobbin with case.
Section 3.2. Trimmer and shears.
Section 3.3. Parts of the product to be sewn.
Section 4: Members shall be responsible of the after-care of the Working Area.

Article 4: Officers
Section 1: President. Shall chair meetings, prepare meeting agendas, is the head of
the
organization and shall have overall responsibility for the affairs of the
organization.
Section 2: Vice President. Shall chair meetings and/or head the organization in the
absence of the President.
Section 3: Secretary. Shall be responsible for keeping minutes of meetings and
other correspondence of the organization.
Section 4: Public Information Officer. Shall be responsible in planning publicity
strategies and campaigns and dealing with inquiries from the public.
Section 5: Sgt.-at-Arms. Shall be the Peace officers in the club.
