You’re going to fail!

You’ll never make 5 figures!
Yep, that’s what everybody tells you...
But, I’ve got good news for you!
It is absolutely possible to make 5, 6, even 7
figures with Amazon FBA.
And in this guide, I’m going to show you
how to get to 5 figures in revenue and
profit as simply and quickly as possible.
So, let’s get into it!

1. Scale It Down
The first thing you’ve got to do is
scale things down.
So, you’re probably wondering…
“Stephen, why do you always tell me
to scale things down when I want to
get to this mythical five figures?”
Well, we scale down because other
people are making a mistake.
They say things like...
“I want to make 10,000 dollars, or
euro, or pounds a month, selling on
Amazon.”
But they leave it at that!
You need to get more specific!
You need to get real about your
business!
You need to scale it down!
When you divide approximately 30
days a month into $10,000, you’re
going to get a much more realistic
figure.
So let’s do that right now...
If we’ve got $10,000 as our goal, and
we divide 30 into it, we’re going to
get $333, every single day.
Now, if that’s going to be net profit,
that’s the net profit figure you’ve got
to get to...
Obviously, if you’re talking about
revenue, that’s the revenue figure
you’ve got to get to.
For this guide, let’s just say this is the
net profit figure.
And let’s imagine, for the ease
of calculation, you’re going to be
making $5 in net profit, before tax,
every time you make a sale.
So we take our $333, we divide $5
into that, and we get 66.
What does that mean?
It means we need to make 66 sales
per day with a $5 net profit to get
$333.
Now, some of you might be
thinking...
“that sounds like a lot of sales!”
But you have North America, AND
Europe!
So you can actually divide that
number in 2!
That will give you the amount of daily
sales for each continent to get to
$10,000 per month, net profit.
It really is that simple!
I mean, if you take 66 and divide by
2… you only need 33 sales from each
continent.
Not each country…
Each continent!

If you look at Europe as a continent,

you’ve got multiple countries - the
U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Spain,
etc...
Over in North America, you obviously
have Amazon.com, but you can also
sell on Amazon.ca in Canada, and
even on Amazon.mx in Mexico!

So when you put all of that

together…
When you scale it down…
You can really see just how many
products you need and exactly how
many sales per day you need to
reach your goals!

I always look at this when I’m

researching a new product.
I imagine getting anywhere from
5 - 10 sales a day when I’m doing my
calculations because that’s going to
tell you exactly where you need to
be.
Now, let’s get to the second point!

2. Increase Offer Volume
The second thing that you’re going
to want to do is increase your offer
volume.
What does that mean?
It’s actually incredibly simple...
The more offers you make to
different people, the more money
you’re going to make.
In really basic terms?
Sell more products!
The biggest problem I see with
people starting their own business
with Amazon FBA, is they are not
looking to sell multiple different
items.
They start out saying...
“Well, if I sell this first one and that
works out, then I’ll go on and launch
a second product.”
And that makes absolutely no
sense!
The success of your first product in
no way influences the success of
your second product… or third, or
fourth, or fifth!
Because every single item operates
independently.
And this is especially true when you
utilize a system like ours, where we
treat Amazon almost like a stock
market.
So for you right now, I want you to tell
yourself...
“I am going to sell multiple items”
What does that look like?
Well, when you’re launching, I
recommend you launch with
anywhere from 1, at the very
minimum, to 3 products.
That’s a really nice place to start
because I see this time and time
again...
I do case studies on our YouTube
channel every single week, and you
will see people say…
”My first product didn’t work out very
well.”
“I didn’t know what I was doing…”
“I panicked a little bit…”
“I bought something that was a little
too competitive.”
Am I saying you’re going to fail with
your first product?
Absolutely not.
But it’s a trend that I see with
inexperienced people...
And really…
How many businesses do you know
that have just one product?
I will say practically none, certainly
none that are very successful anyway.
So, for me, I always think...
“Well, if I can get myself 20 different
products, that’s where I’d like to be.”

“Where do I want to be?”
How many products do I want to
be selling with my Amazon FBA
business?”

3. Multiple Markets
The next point?
You want to be selling in multiple
markets!
This is going to speed up your rate of
sales faster than anything else.
Why?
It just makes sense!
If you only sell your products in one
country…
Like on Amazon.com, let’s say…
You can only ever sell to Amazon.com
customers.
And that’s extremely limiting!
So, if you really want to have a
successful Amazon business, you’re
going to want to get your items into
more than one country.
And the great thing about Amazon is
that they make it very simple for you
with Amazon FBA, which, as you know,
means Fulfillment By Amazon.
Essentially it means we send our
items en masse to different places,
our products are held in stock on our
behalf, and then we make sales...
Now, that’s definitely an overly
simplified version, but we go into
much more detail in our free training.
I absolutely recommend you check
that out as well if you’re interested in
really getting rocking with your own
Amazon business.
So, that’s something you should really
think about...
Selling more products in more
countries.
It’s really a thing of beauty because,
as we talked about with continents
earlier on, you have many more
options to expand your business.
You really want to be selling in all
countries possible!
Some people say they want to sell in
Europe, and while they might choose
one country to start, they don’t
continue to translate their listings to
sell in more countries...
They’re cutting off the amount of
sales they could so easily be making!
Don’t make this mistake!
Translate your listings and make
them available in more countries
(we even provide this service for
members to make it simple and
seamless!)
You’ll pick up more sales and get a
lot closer to that goal one hell of a lot
faster than anything else!

 now Your Numbers
The next point is to know your
numbers!
Now, let me tell you, my business
partner Robert is an incredibly smart
numbers guy!
And me?
Well…
Not so much…
So, because we can’t all be a hotshot
numbers whiz like Robert…we at
Marketplace SuperHeroes have
created lots of different helpful apps
that you can find in our ecosystem!
These apps are extremely helpful in
calculating the profitability of the
products you are researching.
Be sure to use a profitability tool that
calculates your inward shipping cost!
Meaning... you want something that
will calculate the cost for you to import
a product, including your duties and
taxes.
Including knowing that your product
is a certain size and weight...
Use a proper tool that will calculate
all of these different things!
You have to make sure you have it all
covered so that whenever you bring in
an item, you know exactly how much
money you’re going to be making.
So, knowing your numbers starts
with the understanding that the size
and the weight of an item is very
important...
So we put that into a calculator.
Now, what is the duty rate going to
be?
What will Amazon’s fees be now?
Because obviously, depending on the
size and weight of your item, you can
have different Amazon fees...
In which category is the product
selling?
Because you’re going to have
a different commission rate
depending on the Amazon category...
All of these things are really
important!
And that tool is really important also...
But you don’t want to use something
like Amazon’s profitability tool.
Why?
It does not include anything to do
with inward shipping costs!
So you’re not going to get the true
profitability of an item.

You also want to make sure that you’re I mean, let’s say that when you start,
including things like sales taxes, or you don’t have to collect VAT…
VAT in Europe.
Well, there will come a day when you

So just wrapping up today, how do
you get to that five figures? Let’s do a
quick recap…
Scaling Down
Figure out your daily numbers so you
can understand exactly how many
items you want to be selling.
And that’s something you can literally
do right now.
You can sit down and say, I want to
make $5000 a month, OK, let me
divide 30 into that, and so on...
That’s the first thing.
Offer Volume
Then we talked about increasing
your offer volume.
Now you know that, ideally, you will
launch with more than one product,
and will continue to add more
products as time goes on.
Multiple Markets
We talked about selling in multiple
markets, not just selling on Amazon.
com.
Get your items translated, and get
them into more countries!
Knowing Your Numbers
We talked about knowing your
numbers.
Which is really important!
Especially if you’re selling in multiple
countries!
You have to understand the different
duty rates…
How much it will cost to import
something…
And everything in between!
