PRACTICAL METHODS OF DETERMINING FRESH EGGS

1. Water and bowl test.

By pouring the water into the glass


i saw that the egg was sinking so that I
concluded that the egg is less than 1 day
old.
2. Cracked egg and plate test.

Result…

By cracking the egg I was amazed


by its characteristics and it looks like
fresh.

3. Sound test.

Result…

By shaking the egg upside down i


found out that the egg has no sound so it
means the egg is not that old.
