During this Pandemic, school and their student has

been much affected in sense that classes are conducted
Rationale: online; and other school activities has been halted or were
done online. This writer believes that even during pandemic
commitment for taking HRM course is still possible.

Even before the Pandemic happened, there were

already school and universities that were offering online
courses. In fact, some popular Higher Education Institutions

(HEI’s) in the Philippines have long time creating what they

call “Open Base System” in which courses enrolled are done
online. This study will attempt to find school that offered
HRM among students through online.

This study is very significant today when everything is

done online. More so it significant for the following: HRM
Coordinator for online follow ups of their HRM Students for
Significance of the
guidance and help during the lock downs It is also significant
study:
for online counseling service and organize online
inspirational talk and recorded webinars for students staying
at home.

Statement of the
problem: The study will be conducted to determine the Effects of
Pandemic to the Level of Commitment among HRM Students
of TMCC, Cavite for the A.Y. 2020-2021.
 It will also aim to answer the following questions;

1. The demographic profile of HRM students in terms of;

1.1 Sex
1.2 Age
1.3 Year Level
1.4 Economic Status

2. What would be the Effect of pandemic lockdown to the

level of commitment of HRM Students?

3. What action plan can be proposed to address the Effect of

Pandemic lockdown Covid-19 faced by the respondents
under the new normal of learning?

Many HEI’s from private and public school will be able to enhance
Expected output:
their HRM Online program to their student’s despite of Pandemic.
