teachers have a lot of school works and responsibilities. Figuring out how to achieve work-life
balance as a teacher is a huge challenge. Teachers enter the profession because they hope to
change lives, but they often find that there are obstacles in their path, and these obstacles are
the reasons that leads them to disobey rules and not doing their works and responsibilities well.
“Lucifer effect” transform and change the life of teachers who are in the battle of corrupting
their works and responsibilities not only by knowing why they do these things but also,
understanding such situation can enable them to uncover, oppose and triumph over them. This
leads them to find the sweet spot between work and life and to see the good in every situation
because, if you want to change things you need to know how to avoid situations which create
evil circumstances.

As teachers we need to take into consideration the best way for our learners to learn. So to fit our
teaching styles to the learning styles of our students we should know first the strength and weaknesses
of our learners.

We have different ways reacting and responding to the different situations in school. Using the
emotional learning theory, to address the struggles and problems of teachers in teaching, as a school
administrator, you should serve as a role model and as an influencer to them on how you manage and
understand your emotions while responding to every situation you are facing. You can also create a
stress free environment even if there are lot stress in our work. You can create a positive relationship
with your teachers that free themselves from pressures. Learn to understand their feelings and
emotions so you can have empathy with them. With these, teachers can learn from you and can learn to
protect their mental health . Also they can survive whatever struggles and problems that comes into
their way throughout their teaching because they know already how to handle and manage their
emotions and they have a good leader that always serve as their model.

As we all know, learners behave in different ways to the different situation in our classroom it is
sometimes because of their culture, beliefs, and background. You cannot change them, you only have
control over on how you respond, and what you do and say and this is the idea of atlas of emotion that
can work effectively to establish a better classroom atmosphere. Atlas of emotion give mean idea that
your problem with your students due to misbehavior or other matters are not really due to who they are
, but rather to how you respond to how they are. To establish better classroom atmosphere, you should
be constructive, patience, appreciate them, and try not to change nor judge or condemn your students
rather go back to their background so you can understand them. Always look for the value they offer for
the things you have done for them made you a flexible and understanding teacher for them. Also,
maybe your reaction and how you respond to their situation can help them eliminate their wrong
behavior and develop the right one.
As teachers we need to take into consideration the best way for our learners to learn. So, to fit our
teaching styles to the learning styles of our students we should know first the strength and weaknesses
of our learners. If we already know our students, then it's the time to have differentiated instruction and
apply various strategies that would fit to their learning styles so that we can cater the needs of every
learner. With that, we can also develop their skills and help them reach their full potential.

Teachers look innovative plan as an extra work and burden for them for it includes lot of steps and
processes before they can achieve it. So, principles of persuasion can help school leaders by changing
their behavior toward innovations. As a school leader, you should encourage them that innovation is of
great help for their learners and it opens new opportunities for them. Also, practically speaking this can
help them in their promotions. You should influence them and change the way they respond when they
hear about innovative plans. You should also lead them and provide them with the knowledge and
procedures on how they can achieve it. With these, teachers might change their perception and learn to
accept new challenges.
