System Connect
LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC) integrates Connect at no
LinkedIn Recruiter with your JobAdder account to additional cost
make your hiring process even simpler.

By turning on RSC, you’re authorizing the sharing of


some candidate, job, and application data across RSC is secure and
Recruiter and JobAdder. It enables you to get up- GDPR compliant
to-date candidate information, boost collaboration,
and access more applicant data in Recruiter. See
how to easily connect your two accounts on the
next few pages. Easy setup
for Administrators
Please note: Recruiter System Connect is only
compatible with LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate or
LinkedIn Professional Services.

Step 1
Configure the integration.
a Sign in to JobAdder as an Admin Apps & Add Ons

b Go to JobAdder’s “Apps & Add Ons”


page in Admin

c Find LinkedIn and click “Learn more”

d From the “Recruiter System Connect


(RSC)” window, click the “Instructions”
tab to start the enablement process

Enable RSC in JobAdder.
a Click “Sign In” to connect the correct
LinkedIn Recruiter account

b “Sign in” to your LinkedIn Recruiter


account from the pop-up window

c Select a LinkedIn Recruiter contract to


connect to the JobAdder account and
click “Continue”

Step 3
Send the
activation request.
a Next to the RSC, click “Request” to send
the activation request.*

b Once the request is completed, you


will see a dialog box that confirms
the integration has been successfully
requested. The pending steps will
need to be completed on the LinkedIn
Recruiter Admin account (see Step 4)

*To activate additional integration functionality, such as


“RSC recommended matches” and “RSC unified search,”
talk with your ATS rep to let them know you’re interested.

Please note: Default access level is contract level for sourcing packages
versus company level for reporting and applicant management packages.

ATS is not offering it at this time or you don’t have the permission to adjust this
package. Check with your ATS to ensure all features are enabled for you or to
request an integration.

Track RSC
