During the last week:-


 Activate the alumni portal by giving him credentials
 Place the farewell card on the desk. Let the fellow employee write down their experiences
and learnings of working with leaving employee.
 A Memento (Certificate with CEO signature, Plant-pot, coin with Edelweiss Logo) to be
given to the leaving employee.
 Username and Password of Alumni page to be communicated to the leaving employee.

Employee can re-apply if they wish to join the company in future.

 FNF settlement
 Initiate PF transfer/withdrawal through it. No need to send the mail to HR.
 Contact HR through the portal.
 Salary slip can be downloaded from Portal.
 Alumni can reapply through the alumni portal if he wishes to join the organization again.
