These days, social media structures have an important place in our day by day
lives. Social media are utilized via people to exhibit our daily experiences via stories.
Social media has created a digital identity for us. platforms which include Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, etc. are believed to be increasingly integrated into our social and
professional lives. When we select our photos before we publish it to social media, we
put filters, stickers, and modifications for the betterment of the photo itself. For an
instance, before uploading my picture to my Instagram account, I must edit the picture
that is “worth” taking a photo of and be posted on Instagram. It projects our curated
self; we project the image of ourselves that we just like the most or even a picture that
we don’t have but that we would love to project it to the world of curated beings.

and so does our perfect self. It’s essential regardless of what platform you use to take
into account what we see on social media isn't always real. The notion of a clean house,
as an instance, can also, in fact, be just a clean corner of the room. The perception of a
wrinkle/spot-free face may be a filter out. we can create perceptions and we all may be
responsible of this. yet it's far when these perceptions of our ideal self begin to intervene
and take over our real self, it's far then bad emotions can rise up consisting of anxiety,
