To begin with Acme Whistles is influence to the activity of the firm as the whole and a small
company. They are responsible for the quality of the product and service that they have. Furthermore,
Acme Whistles is a progressive yet not a big business. They need to create new products that can
relate to their main products. The customers wants something new however to improve their products
but they prefer to settle what they already have. The company eager to imbibe in traditional way to
present this presented product. After many years, the issues here is the capacity of the company to
provide their utmost service and expand of what they have in able to engage the future customers and
the general connection to raise the company in most applicable ways.

Acme Whistles founded by Joseph Hudson. Acme Whistles replace the wooded raffles of
police. These products became popular not only in their areas but the whistles became popular around
the world. They need to innovate/ improve their product service and quality. They need to
create/improve the designs, ideas and the product so that the customers will satisfy and happy.

There is a solution of the Whistles on how to improve the quality and the products. The
solution is they need to know the things to raise the business because business produces products and
service to meet the customers need and their expectation. Such as the ShareTea business because they
always launch a new flavors and a new support products to their milktea. Examples of their products
is Milktea, waffles, chicken wings, Frost. They are also give promos to the people so that the
customers will be satisfied and happy. ShareTea is one of the popular Milktea Shop in Ilocos Norte
because of their new products is good and also the service. The process innovation of these business is
they need to invent a new products,ideas and flavors that can be related to the whistles business. A
whistle product is a good product that help the people needs.
