Dear Mr. Capili,

Mrs. Basilisa Lim of Ivy Construction Supply, Inc., has referred to our office their
problem.

Based on her statement, it appears that several materials worth P72,832.30 were
fraudulently delivered to you, with the connivance of their employee, who has disclosed how the
acts were perpetrated. The employee has since resigned.

According to Mrs. Lim that you have committed to just pay the amount on a certain date
but until now you have not made payment.

May I, therefore, take this opportunity to ask and demand from you to settle and pay the
said amount within or until January 20, 2005, otherwise, Mrs. Lim or Ivy Construction Supply,
Inc., might be constrained to initiate the proper criminal action in court.
