 Personally, I am person that passionate in forecasting weather and climate, so

apart from my full-time job:

 Organize TLMC group

 Non-profitable group founded by a group of

meteorologists with a mission to inform the
community in general about the weather and
climate forecast, and publish information regarding
basic knowledge about meteorology and climate

2. What’s your greatest strength?

 I have a high curiosity in learning new things

 Academic activity, I also attended a research activity provided by the university

 Worked with one my lecture to conduct a case study about Drought in 2015 in
Timor – Leste (Southern Region)

 Desktop review

 Found out that the drought happened due to the influence of El Nino at that time

 With the data and other reference, we also found not only El Nino but also IOD

 With the result helped me to present in National conference of Meteorology,

International Symposium of Climatology and Natural Science Seminar

 NDMG: presented to the team, staffs including stakeholders

 Finally, from that till this moment they are observing and monitoring the system
as well
3. What’s your biggest weakness?

 Fast talking person

 Represent NDMG to socialize the basic knowledge about meteorology and

climate and seasonal climate

 Local community, farmers and vocal points for natural disaster

 During the presentation, explained to fast and its hard for them to understand

 I noticed it because the attendance remained me

 By than I tried to remind my self to calm my self down and try to explain again

 Everyone satisfied
