REFLECTION: MODULE 1

Human resource management education enables me to better evaluate people depending on

individual characteristics and important job abilities. As a result, students who take a human

resource management class like me have a good risk of acquiring the fundamental qualities that a

potential candidate should have. Numerous businesses regard its employees as precious

components which is feasible if the company welcomes the concept of establishing an effective

training and development division. As a result, human resources empower organizations and

companies to form well-structured teams with various management cultures. Currently, I am

taking this class to study much about developing a comprehensive strategy to hire, manage, and

encourage talent which are a company's most important asset. As a response, I should be

prepared to master the key characteristics of a competent recruiting manager.
