MIDTERM REFLECTION: ACTIVITIES SECTION

 This course was a completely new experience for me, both in terms of learning and

performance. The practical portion of the course was really beneficial. I have come to

realize that a discipline and cooperative team working towards the same goal makes the

job much easier.

 We have learned that assigning project team leaders is very crucial to planning especially

during this time that we are currently facing pandemic there are a lot of factors to be

consider.

 Also, without communication it is very difficult to achieve the desired results. It is very

important the information is shared effectively among our class since the workload is

divided among the team leaders. Chances for the misunderstanding and problems are

minimized.

 Definitely teamwork is very helpful in finishing a task since this is a project of a whole

class, we decided to divide the task and assigned to each group. Every group has a leader

to disseminate the work so we can easily finish the paper at the same time everyone

contributed to the completion of the paper. Thus, team attention remains on the project

and the energy that is necessary for the best interest of the project.
