MID REFLECTION ON RESOURCE ASSIGNMENT SECTION

Under this task, it is our obligation as garden set members to collaborate with our

colleagues in the process of developing the project budget. This will serve as our lifeblood while

we work to complete the project and buy the essential materials. We are in charge of overseeing

the overall budget for the project so that we can determine how much is the collection for each

student. We are also cooperative and attentive to any announcements on our budget proposals

since this is one of the crucial parts in having a project the involvement of money. Additionally,

as our professors indicated, project managers are the ones who take into consideration all of the

expenditures associated with completing this project. Costs associated with transportation are

one example, and we decided to set aside some contingency funds so that when the time comes

to acquire items, we have a backup budget to meet those expenses. When it comes to financing,

it is one of the most difficult tasks to take in any organization. Project managers are the ones

accountable and open when it comes to the Financial Statement that will be delivered once the

project is completed. So, our class decided to accumulate our collection through GCash which is

very safe and accessible since we can send our payment without physical contact. Also, our

financial managers are the one responsible with our collection once done they are going to remit

it to our project manager. Our section had a good flow in distributing the tasks and everyone is

very responsible with their assigned responsibilities in totality we made good team in making our

project plan paper.
