What is the difference between work and fun?

When we are asked to choose between work and fun many of us will choose
to have fun instead of working. Because work is  an activity involving mental or
physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result. First, it implies
exhausted and difficulty. Second, it is reward oriented it already puts you in a
mindset it's something you have to do. What about fun? Fun is an enjoyable
activity in the present the journey itself is the reward and the activity is considered
effortless. It's something you want to do. You probably wouldn't classify taking out
the trash is fun unless you have some sweet method to do it. But you might not
consider something incredibly useful work.
If you think about it, pleasure and work are historically linked. Remember
how people used to farm – they didn't just work, they did it with a song. After all,
the song not only brought pleasure, but also helped to perform routine work faster
and more lively.
It is already scientifically proven that working with a positive attitude
increases:
 labor;
 productivity;
 commitment to your business;
 morale;
 creativity.
Positive emotions inspire and motivate you to work, open the way to high
results. Especially effective for increasing productivity is a cheerful laugh. After
all, it is during laughter that endorphins are released – special substances that help
relieve tension and make people creative and energetic when they start working
again.
Given the "side effects" of having fun at work, it becomes more clear why 98%
of managers prefer to hire people with a good sense of humor. First, cheerful
people can have a positive effect on the atmosphere in the office and improve
performance. And secondly, most employers believe that witty individuals work
better than those who do not have a sense of humor. It turns out that managers
associate humor with intelligence and creativity.
It is good when a person gets pleasure from work. But fun can make you both
the most productive employee, and Vice versa. Sometimes employees are so
focused on getting started in a good mood that the fun itself becomes their job. It is
quite clear that time is wasted in this case.
