1 操作者人身安全类注意事项说明
Notice for operators’ personal safety
※为了确保您的人身、设备及财产安全，在使用除铁器之前，应确保除铁器皮带电机与供电电源之间连线
有保护性开关，以免除铁器故障时事故扩大。
To secure personal and property in safe, please erect protective switch on connection between
belt motor and power source.
除铁器能产生非常强的磁场。因此所有接近此设备的工作人员必须知晓其潜在的危险性，切不可掉以轻心。
磁场主要集中在除铁器底部，但除铁器四周会有部分弱磁场。特此制订如下安全守则：
Magnetic separators can form very strong magnetic field, so care must be exercised and the potential
danger should be known by the workers at all times while working around the machine. The magnetic
field is concentrated underside the separator, while weak magnetic force is available around.
The safety rules are as follows:
1) 磁场会使心脏起博器受到严重损坏。带有心脏起搏器的人应在确知磁场对起搏器无影响的前提下才能接近
设备。如果情况不明，应在磁场完全消失后再接近设备。
Magnetic field will damage the pacemaker severely. People with pacemaker can’t get close to the
equipment unless magnetic field is affect less. If the situation is not clear, he shouldn’t get
close to the equipment until the magnetic field disappears completely.
2) 请不要在磁场附近使用铁制工具或器件，特别是带尖角的器具。
Don’t use iron appliance or tools near the magnetic field, especially the appliance with sharp
ends.
3) 请不要携带磁存储传媒物如计算机磁盘、磁带及信用卡等接近设备，因为磁场会抹掉其上信息，使其无法
使用。
Don’t take magnetic memory carriers close to the equipment, such as magnetic disk, tape, credit

card and so on, for magnetic field may delete the information stored in them and make them useless.
4) 请不要在磁场附近携带手表或配有电源的工具，磁场会对其磁化。
Don’t take your watch or the appliance with power supply close to the equipment for magnetic
field may magnetize them.
2 结构原理
Structure and working principle
2.1 总体概述
Summary
铁磁性物体只有在非均匀磁场内才能受到吸引力，其所受到的吸力 F 与磁场强度 H 和磁场梯度 H/ L 的乘积成
正比。本系列机型设计对这两个参数的提高是同时并重的。各项技术指标符合 JB/T8711-1998 标准。普通型设
备适用于除铁要求不高的带式输送机上除铁；超强设备（即 T1、T2、T3）是针对一些特殊场合（如料层厚、带
速高、夹杂较大或很细小铁件）分成三个等级进行设计的。
Attractive force can only happens on ferrous materials in the non-equal magnetic field. The attractive
force (F) is proportional directly to the product of the magnetic intensity (H) and the magnetic
gradient ( H/ L). We consider both of the two parameters above-mentioned important in our design.
The technical standards all meet the requirements in JB/T8711-1998. The standard models are suitable
for removing iron from low speed conveyor; Super-strong models (T1, T2, and T3) are specially designed
according to some special working conditions with thick material, high conveyor speed, big or very
tiny iron.
2.2 结构及特点（本机外形及参数见附图 1 和参数表 1）

本系列机型除铁器具有独特设计的磁路，将磁力线更多地集中在除铁器的下方；这种磁路不但具有很高的磁场
梯度，而且在额定悬挂高度上也有很高的磁场强度。即使在同等磁场强度条件下比较，其磁系的磁场梯度也更
具优势。因此它能吸起 0.1-35kg 重的任何形状铁磁性物体，达到除铁净化物料的目的。
With special magnetic circuit design, the magnetic curves can be fully concentrated under our
equipments. This kind of equipment has high magnetic gradient and also high magnetic intensity at

rated height. Even at the same magnetic intensity, the magnetic gradient of this kind of equipment
is superior. Ferrous iron in different shapes, from 0.1kg to 35kg in weight can be caught.

名词解释
Term explanation:
1) 手动卸铁：是通过人工控制卸铁手并驱动来实现除铁器吸铁与弃铁的过程。
Manual discharge: Discharge iron by manual control.
2) 自动卸铁（带式）：由磁系与机架、卸铁皮带及主、从动滚筒、托辊、电动减速机组等共同组成，电
机与减速机联成一体，它是通过链条、链轮驱动皮带及其刮板作循环卸铁运动,实现自动卸铁。又称
带式除铁器。
Automatic discharge (belt) means the separator composes of magnetic system, supporting frame,
belt, main drum, secondary drum, supporting pulley and electric reducer. The driver and the
reducer are combined. Automatic discharge realizes by driving the belt running through the
chain, chain gear driving belt and the scraper. It can also be called belt magnetic separator.

Installation
3.1 运输与贮存
Transportation and storage
1) 除铁器要包装运输，且通风防雨
Be transported in package with good ventilation and rainproof.
2) 除铁器的贮存要在通风、干燥的库房内

3.3 吊挂装置

3.4 设备及行走装置（见附表 3）安装要求

3.4.1 手动除铁器安装要求(RCY-P 型)
Installation of manual-discharging type (for model RCY-P)
1) 在输送机中部位置安装：除铁器应安装在皮带机某个中段位置，须选择一段长 10 米左右，宽度能放下两个
弃铁车，且能随时不妨碍搬运的宽度，除铁器无任何障碍物，其额定悬挂高度≤H（见参数页）。行走小车
轨道方向要与输送机方向垂直。
Cross-belt installation: The separator is installed above the middle of belt conveyor, where the
width of the working space is about 10m to ensure the equipment can move freely. No barriers around,
rated suspension height ≤H (re .attached parameter page). The direction of the rails must be
vertical to the belt

Overhead installation: The separator is installed above the head of the belt conveyor. The rated
suspended height≤H(re attached parameter). The obliquity=15O-30O The traveling trolley is
installed right above the conveyor and its direction must be the same to the direction of the
conveyor. Refer to the drawings below:

提示 Note:
1) 根据输料皮带速度，物料性质等因素，高度可以做适当调整。若条件允许，悬挂高度< H（见参数页）除铁
效果会更好。
The suspended height can be adjusted according to the conveyor speed and material character. Better
collecting results can be realized at the lower suspension height lower than H (re. attached
parameter page).
2）安装前调整垫片使车轮与工字钢间隙达 3～4 毫米。
Make the space between trolley wheels and rail 3mm-4mm by adjusting the filler pieces before
installation.

3.4.2 带式除铁器安装要求（RCY-PⅡ、C、Q 型）

1) 在输送机中部位置安装 Cross-belt installation
在输送机中部位置安装：除铁器应安装在皮带机某个中段位置，须选择一段长 10 米左右，宽度能放下两个弃铁
车，且能随时不妨碍搬运的宽度，空中能行走，除铁器无任何障碍物，其额定悬挂高度≤H（见参数页）。
The separator is installed above the middle of belt conveyor, where the width of the working space
is about 10m to ensure the equipment can move freely. No barriers around, rated suspension height

a 图所视固定吊装方式：不需安装轨道，可吊装在天棚上或吊装在工字钢梁上。4 个吊点间距要与除铁器吊耳间

The installation mode in Drawing a: the rails are not needed. The separator can be suspended on the
ceiling or on the beam. The distances between the four suspension points must be the same to that
between the four lifting lugs, thus lifting lugs could get homogeneous stress.
b、c 图所视单轨行走小车吊挂方式：为了除铁器维护方便，我们也可以选用行走小车进行吊装；行走小车轨道
与皮带机垂直安装。
The installation mode in drawing b and c: for easy maintenance of the magnetic separator, traveling
trolley can be used; the rail should be installed vertically to the conveyor belt.

The installation mode in Drawing d: the rails are not needed. The separator can be suspended on the

trolley can be used; the rail should be installed vertically to the conveyor belt.

提示 Note:
1) 当带式除铁器安装在输送带中部时，若输送带有倾角，吊装时除铁器电机应靠近低位，且除铁器倾角不得大
于 5°（见下图）。
If the belt magnetic separator is installed horizontally and an obliquity of conveyor is available,
the driver end should be in the same direction to the lower end of the conveyor, and the obliquity
of the separator should be not over 5º (re. The drawing below).
2）根据输料皮带速度，物料性质等因素，高度可以做适当调整。若条件允许，悬挂高度< H（见参数页）除铁
效果会更好。

The suspension height can be adjusted according to the conveyor belt speed and the material
character. Better collecting results can be realized when the suspension height < H (re. Attached
parameter page)
3）如原现场条件为双轨或由于设备较大（10 吨以上）也可选用双轨组合行走小车，轨道方向与以上所述带式
除铁器安装要求相同。如下
If double rails are used or the equipment is comparatively heavy (heavier than 10 tons), double-rail
with trolley can be used. The installation direction of the rails should be the same to the
installation requirements of the belt magnetic separator above mentioned. The drawings are as
follows:
3.5 安装程序
Installation procedures
1) 选址
Choose installation place
2) 安装工字梁轨道，且轨道端头要求留够除铁器行走的位置。设备两侧要留有 2 米左右安装与维护空间，
前后要有足够的卸铁空间。
Install rails. The length at the end of the rail must be long enough for the separator move.
Keep 2m space of either side of separator for installation and maintenance, and also enough
space should be kept for discharging.
3) 在工字钢轨道上安装行走装置（或安装固定吊具装置）
。
Install traveling trolley or suspension fastening device on the rails.

4) 在轨道上安装手拉葫芦作为起吊工具。
Install a manual lifter on the rail for lifting the separator.
5) 用钢丝绳扣、手拉葫芦起吊除铁器至一定高度
Lift the separator to the proper height with steel rope and manual lifter.
6) 用吊挂装置将除铁器与行走小车或固定吊点连接起来，按高度=H（见参数页）定位。若条件允许，高度
＜H（见参数页）除铁效果会更好。
Connect the separator and the traveling trolley or the fixed suspension points. Place it at
the height of H (re. attached parameter page). Better collecting results can be realized if
the suspension height is lower than H.
3.6 配电柜安装
Control cabinet installation
1）配电柜的位置按现场空间条件选定，要求其不受风雨侵蚀，确保配电柜的安全使用，操作方便。
The installation place of the control cabinet is subject to the condition of the working spot.
It should not be weatherworn. Keep it safe and convenient for operation.
2）将除铁器延伸出来的电缆与配电柜连接上;电源至配电柜之间的电缆，由现场自定。
Connect the cable extended from the separator with the control cabinet.The cable length between
the power supply and the control cabinet depends on working spot.
4 调试、试运行
Commissioning
4.1 手动除铁器安装后的调整检查、试运行（RCY-P 型）
The commissioning of manual-discharging magnetic separator after installation
(model RCY-P)
1) 对吊挂装置两端连接的可靠性进行检查。

Check the reliabilities of the connection on both ends of the suspension device.
2) 除铁器的悬吊高度初定为高度≤H（见参数页）的调整测量（按安装图示测量），若倾斜安装使用，除了
测高度≤H（见参数页）尺寸外，还要检测倾角α＝15°～30°
Measure and adjust the suspension height (no higher than H; re. Attached parameter page). If
incline installed, the obliquity α=15o~30 o should also be measured.
3) 注意观察除铁器整机运行状况及吸、弃铁能力。可以人为的向被输物料内投入不同重量、不同形状的杂
铁，检测主机吸、弃铁能力及除净率，必要时对吊高或倾角应做调整。（试验时不可投入过重、过尖锐
的杂铁。）
Observe the working situation of the equipment and its catching and discharging ability. Put
some different shapes of ferrous scraps into the material if necessary to test the separator.
Adjust the suspension height and obliquity if necessary. (Don’t put too heavy or sharp iron
tramps)
4) 连续试生产运行 24 小时之内不出现问题便可投入正式生产运行。
If no problems are found within 24 hours during commissioning, normal operation can be started.
4.2 带式除铁器安装后的调整检查、试运行（RCY-PⅡ、C、Q 型）
The commissioning of belt magnetic separator after installation (RCY-PII, RCY-C,
RCY-Q)
1) 对吊挂装置两端连接的可靠性进行检查。试运行时若设备有摆动可在水平方向上做 4 个支点。
Check the reliabilities of the connection on both ends of the suspension devices. Four supporting
points can be placed if the equipment swings during commissioning.
2) 除铁器的悬吊高度初定为高度≤H（见参数页）的调整测量（按安装图示测量），若倾斜安装使用，除了测
高度≤H（见参数页）尺寸外，还要检测倾角α＝15°～30°
Measure and adjust the suspension height (no higher than H; re. Attached parameter page). If incline
installed, the obliquity α=15o~30 o should also be measured.
3) 如水平安装，除铁器下部卸铁皮带工作面尽量保持与输料皮带平行的测量。
If cross-belt installed, measure whether the undersurface of magnetic separator parallels with
the conveyor belt.
4) 如倾斜安装尽量使大皮带的卸料机头物料抛出的最高点对准磁系中心。

If overhead installation, the highest point the material reaches should aim at the center of the
magnetic system.
5) 如果设置了声光报警系统，可以人为制造一点小麻烦，来验证声光报警是否正确。
If acousto-optic warning system is used, some problems can be produced deliberately for checking
if it is effective.
6) 除铁器通电试运行，是否平稳可靠、皮带是否跑偏、空载试运时间应不低于 2 小时。观察运行一切正常后，
方可投入生产试运行。
Run Separator to see if the separator runs reliably and stably, if departure of the belt exists.
The unloading running time should be not shorter than 2 hours. The equipment can’t be put into
commissioning unless everything is normal during the trial process.
7) 注意观察除铁器整机运行状况及吸、弃铁能力。可以人为的向被输物料内投入不同重量、不同形状的杂铁，
检测主机吸、弃铁能力及除净率，必要时对吊高或倾角应做调整。（试验时不可投入过重、过尖锐的杂铁。
）
Observe the working situation of the equipment and its attracting and discharging ability. Put
some different shapes of ferrous scraps into the material if necessary to check the separator.
Adjust the suspension height and obliquity if necessary. (Don’t put too heavy or sharp iron tramps)
8) 注意观察皮带负荷运行时是否跑偏、减速机是否渗漏油。
Check whether or not the departure of the belt exists during running under load, and whether oil
leak exists on the speed reducer.
9) 连续试生产运行 24 小时之内不出现问题便可投入正式生产运行。
If no problems are found within 24 hours during commissioning, the equipment can be put into normal
operation.
10) 带式除铁器禁止带负荷起动，应先起动除铁器，后开动输送皮带机。
Belt magnetic separators mustn’t be started if under load. Start the magnetic separator firstly
and then start the conveyor.
11) 检查连接件松紧情况，并以三个月为周期定期检查连接件是否紧固。
Check the connection parts. Check the connection conditions once for three months.
12) 对于带式除铁器皮带跑偏调整方法有如下说明：
The instruction of departure adjustment is as follows:
首先调整托辊支座，如所有托辊支座均已调整到量，皮带仍继续跑偏则调整从动滚筒轴承座。即按图示观察方

Firstly, adjust the supporting base. If all the bases can’t be adjusted more, but the departure still
exists, then adjust the bearing base of the secondary drum. Re the drawing below:
(1) 按图示方向观察，如皮带向左跑偏即图 a 所示，则先将托辊支座 1、2、3、4 中任意一个按图 a 中的调整方
向调整至适当位置，如该托辊支座已调整到量，则调整其它托辊支座直至皮带跑偏停止。如所有 4 个托辊
支座均已调整到量，皮带仍继续跑偏则需调整从动滚筒轴承座。将从动滚筒轴承座 1、2、中任意一个按图
a 中的调整方向调整至适当位置，如该从动滚筒轴承座已调整到量，则调整另一个从动滚筒轴承座直至皮
带跑偏停止。
Observe the separator as drawing A indicates, if the belt departs to the left, adjust the position
of the supporting rollers. If no more adjustment space is available but the departure still exists,
adjust the bearing base of the secondary drum.
(2) 按图示方向观察，如皮带向右跑偏即图 b 所示，具体调整方法与向左跑偏的调整方法相反。
If it departs to the right as drawing b indicates, the adjustment method is opposite to (1).
(3) 皮带调整注意事项：
皮带调整停机过程中，不得踩踏皮带，否则会影响皮带调整效果。
如皮带向一侧跑偏很多，则可将电机三相进线中的任意两相调换，皮带则反方向运转就会向另一侧移动，
移动到除铁器中部时停机，再次调换电机任意两相，使皮带按正常方向运转，然后按皮带跑偏具体调整方
法调试。皮带跑偏止住后，皮带需在除铁器中部稳定运转 2 小时，运转期间应观察其运转状况如有跑偏现
象应及时调整。
Notice: when the belt is stopped for adjustment, don’t tread the belt. If the departure is large,
exchange any two phases of the driver and the belt will move to the opposite direction. As the
belt moves to the middle of the separator, stop running, then exchange any two phases of the driver,
the belt will run normally. If departure still exists, adjust it according to the methods mentioned
above.
When the departure is solved, let it run for 2 hours. Observe the running conditions and make
adjustment timely if the departure exists again.

5 运行注意事项
Notices for operation
1) 必须无负荷启动除铁器,即先启动除铁器的皮带,后开动输料皮带机.
Start the separator without load.(start the separator first, then start the material conveyor)
2) 磁系不允许拆卸,以免破坏磁系的整体性能.
Don’t disassemble the magnetic core.
3) 若在室外使用，建议搭棚遮盖。
If used in the open air, a shield is needed.
4) 沿海或潮湿地区使用，安装完后吊具需要涂黄油防止腐蚀。
If used in coastal or damp area, the suspension device should be coated with solid lubricant to
avoid corrosion.

Maintenance of the equipment
1) 天减减速机内的润滑油或润滑脂要按照以下指定机型号添加（其它品牌减速电机见电机说明书）
，注意油、
脂不能混用：

for the oil or grease of other brands). Lubricate oil and grease can’t be combined.
2) 要定期检查电缆线是否有损伤,连接端子是否有接触不良现象。

3) 连接件的连接是否可靠、安全，要定期维护。
