Assumptions for Organogram
Vihama Energy being the parent company will be the prime customer for TOT. In addition to the other Importers/ BDC/ Customers using the

Terminalling services of TOT.

2 Bringing vessel and related logistics job, corporate spokesperson will be outsourced.

3 The Distributors shall purchase the product once ship is coming. They store the product in the Terminal and load as per requirement.

4 Distributor shall pay Thru’ put Charges to the Terminal.

5 TOT would utilize this money as per Capex, Opex, Loan Instalment etc.

Entire housekeeping may be outsourced under 2 separate contracts:

6 • Field housekeeping contract would be managed by Operations manager
• Office area housekeeping contract to be controlled by Admin officer

7 Catering/Pantry contract will be outsourced

8 T/T filling will be automated. For automated loading there will be no partial loading of any truck.

9 There will be no Fire Men. All Terminal Staffs will be trained to handle emergency firefighting and First Aid

Manpower planning has been made for General Shift only where the total loading capacity will be around 100 Tank-Trucks/ day (80 – 120 Trucks

depending on capacity)

The working hour as per labour law will be 40 Hours per week. This includes lunch hour. Lunch can be taken on staggered basis to keep the
11 facility running. The working time may be 9 AM to 6 PM for Monday to Friday (Extra hours if the work is not over). Terminal may also work on
Saturday depending on the workload.

Vessel Boarding and monitoring the discharge from Vessel in Coordination with the Control room officer / Operations Manager / Tankfarm

Operations Officer to be outsourced to Marine Surveying Agency.

13 Distributor / importer can place their own surveyors to receive the product and monitor the truck out.

14 Entire Security is outsourced and monitored by HSSE Department

• Scope of House Keeping & Handling:

o Brooming entire Terminal especially loading apron daily
o Cleaning spilled oil if any on daily basis
o Watering the plants on daily basis
o Emptying out OWS periodically
o Grass Cutting periodically
o Greasing all valves periodically
o Helper for Maintenance(Ideally the group should have one welder, one fitter, one
plumber and few General Workmen)
