 System Analysis is a method of studying a system by

examining it’s components part and their interactions.

 System Design is a process of defining the architecture,

components and data of a system.

 The functions of system analysis and design are:

1) Collecting and explain facts, identifying the problem

and decomposition of a system into it’s components.

2) Ensuring that all the component of the system works

efficiently to accomplish their purpose.

requirements.
