Job Synopsis
Analyzing and understanding Electrical system design and operation;
Ensuring day to day Facility operation running smoothly;
Ensure Electrical system design comply with ST requirements.
Prepare maintenance Schedule for all Electrical systems and ensure maintenance carried out as per
plan and ST requirements.
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of biomanufacturing buildings and equipment. They
monitor operations daily. They oversee systems that include heating, lighting, refrigeration, air
conditioning, plumbing, water purification, air filtering, and electrical systems.
Prepare, Check and approved Engineering Deliverable for HVAC scope of work to meet project
milestone.
To manage and control all HVAC engineering works and assigned personnel to ensure that, the
personnel perform proper works, the works complete with budget and schedule for projects.
Cooling load calculations, preparation of HVAC equipment data sheets, HVAC system specifications.
To inspect low voltage instrumentation equipment and facility equipment.
To ensure all the equipment are in good condition for facility area and production clean room.
To modify electrical wiring system as and when required.
Able to troubleshooting, control wiring, instrumentation wiring.
Perform round, reading for all facility equipments and attend to system alarm.

Plan, organize and implement a comprehensive program (including both corrective and preventive
activities) to ensure smooth operation all mechanical and electrical installation.
To perform inspection, repair, maintenance & upgrading on equipment relate
Lead and manage a team of Wireman/Technicians & Facility resources to provide effective and reliable
support services for all plant machineries, equipment and facilities.
Attend to mechanical and electrical breakdown, trouble shooting and provide regular monthly or yearly
maintenance.

Analysing and understanding Spec gas and chemical system and techniques.
Ensuring all spec gas and chemical system are compliant with environmental regulations and
governmental policies.
Making improvements to existing processes, material and system.
Preparing diagrams and schematics using CAD software.

Writing of internal SOPs for relevant areas

Analysis of potential improvements
Design of new processes or procedures across the facility
Troubleshooting any issues with the plant utility systems
Supervision of junior facilities staff
Responsible for the daily reports, data entry and management;
Ensure the usage of documents and forms within the department effectively;
Arrange and records meeting minutes;
Ensure smooth communication within department;
Organize the Facilities Attendance Record

Develop a dynamic system of rules and regulations, process standards, supervise the implementation of
the sector-specific work and gradually to improve;
Development of facilities SOP and annual, quarterly and monthly work plans, monitor the
implementation of strict and timely reported to the completion of work;
To be responsible for company-wide Facilities installation, operation, maintenance, and other
technological transformation and management;

Develop equipment and technical specifications based on the sewage water

Provides technical and design services in support with sewage water site construction
Conducts technical evaluations projects in sewage water.
Organize and conduct OJT and improvements plan to groom Facilities technician or Engineer.
Analysing and understanding Spec gas and chemical system and techniques.
Preparing project plans, which include allocating resources, delegating tasks and system buy off .
Lead other engineers, production's team , and other professionals to ensure system operated smoothly.
Making improvements to existing processes, material and system .

Review and monitoring of current processes to optimize efficiency

Scheduling of routine maintenance
Troubleshooting any issues with the plant utility systems
Responsibility to ensure plant utility systems meet internal standards and external regulatory
requirements
Responsibilities are to supervise, coordinate, and direct security guards who protect people and property
at factory premise
Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls
Greet walk-in customers and other visitors and escort them to specific destinations
Contribute to the security of the office by helping to monitor visitors' access
Responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering
items.
Responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising staff.
Responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries
and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or
storage facilities.
Help manage the flow of products and stock through a warehouse. They are usually responsible for
receiving and sending goods to and from the warehouse. Warehouse Assistants must be physically fit
and able to lift and move stock in a safe manner.
In charge of storing, moving, and managing hazardous or non-hazardous materials, their work includes
moving stock, documenting deliveries, and monitoring supplies.
Assist in the compliance of local applicable laws and regulations;
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support
Environment Health and Safety management;
Maintain relevant EHS logs and documentation;
Prepare applicable EHS reports as necessary;
Responsible for production planning for output, manpower and materials.

According to the workshop production process and quality requirements of the equipment maintenance
technology update and the SOP implementation

Responsible for the overhaul, maintenance, maintenance and transformation of the equipment in this
shift in the workshop;
Responsible for the summary and reporting of the entire operation situation in this shift area
Responsible for the acquisition record of equipment accessories of this shift

Support production in resolution of manufacturing process related issues

To study and carry out process improvement related to productivity, quality and environment.
To prepare, update, control and issue of documents such as process flow chart.
To study on cost reduction plan and carry out the project with production line.
Responsible for on-site technical guidance of the production department, solve all kinds of technical
problems in each link of production in time and effectively
Responsible for the daily inspection and modification of the each process parameters of the production
line to ensure the efficiency and stability of the PV module production line;
Responsible for the proposal and implementation of continuous improvement projects, the preparation of
sample reports, project reports, improvement reports and exception reports

Responsible for solving the abnormal technical problems and process problems in PV module
production in time to ensure the normal operation of the production;

According to the actual situation of PV module production, optimize the process parameters to ensure
that the production can be carried out with high quality and efficiency;
Analysis of non-conforming products on duty, proposed reasonable solutions, and timely feedback to the
workshop and quality department, while monitoring the implementation of technical programs in the
follow-up production;

Responsible for solving the abnormal technical problems and process problems in PV module
production in time to ensure the normal operation of the production;

Responsible for the process inspection of the workshop, to confirm that the parameters of component
production equipment, operation is in line with the process requirements

According to the actual situation of PV module production, optimize the process parameters to ensure
Perform quality assessments for process and monitor all activities for measuring processes to ensure it
meeting the quality specification standard.
Troubleshoot and solve abnormality
Optimizing calibration process
Supervise QA operator & inspector on quality improvement activities.

Responsible to perform analysis and sampling on Raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and
Finished Products samples to ensure accurate testing and timely release to meet consumer demands
Ensure all QA findings and results are recorded in respective forms and systems.
Support daily incoming or outgoing quality operation

Responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company's policies, procedures, and
activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.
Responsible for equipment debugging and testing arrangement in customer witness inspection process
Be responsible for emergency handling of abnormality in the inspection process
Responsible for the pre-inspection of outgoing cell

ensures that the final product observes the company's quality standards. In general, these detail-
oriented professionals are responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities,
the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.
Responsible for the formulation and implementation of regular reliability monitoring plan, data collation
and analysis, and promote the analysis and improvement of failure sample;
Responsible for contact with the after-service, checking the special demand of orders and transferring
them internally;
Responsible for tracking the new product introduction and promoting the improvement of yield;
