What is Smart Prepaid

Innovation Generation?
Smart Prepaid Innovation Generation is
an innovation grant program offered to all
universities and colleges nationwide. It
aims to empower and enable the youth
to take a bigger and more active role in
nation-building and re-building. We
believe that the youth can pursue their
many passions and drive them towards a
common purpose to live smarter for a
better world.
What is the InnoGen
Season 2 Challenge?
As we reach a turning in the global crisis
and look forward to a brighter
future, Season 2 poses this challenge for
our Filipino students: How can youth help
the Philippines recover from the
pandemic?

Who are eligible to
join the program?

✓Students must be enrolled in

Smart partner schools for the
current school year
✓Must have an active Smart
Prepaid SIM
✓Must have reliable WiFi
connection
✓18-25 yrs old
✓Groups of 4-5 students only

to join the program?

✓TNT subscribers
✓Smart Postpaid subscribers
✓Smart Bro subscribers
✓Students not enrolled in Smart
partner schools
✓Without reliable WiFi connection
When will this
program run?

• August 12, 2021 – cascade to

school admins
• August 20 – start of registration August 20, 2021
• Sept 20 – deadline of submission
of entries
– Sept 20, 2021
• Oct 2- selection of top 100
entries

How can I register for
the program?

1. Download the GLA app and subscribe

to any Giga 99 offer
2. Record and upload a 1-minute video
on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube
telling us:

How do I know if I have
successfully registered?

• The identified mentors and team

leaders will receive a
confirmation via email.
• The mentors and leaders will also
receive an email if they qualify in
Smart Prepaid Innovation
Generation apart from the social
media announcement.
Why was I unable to
register?

• You did not register a valid Smart

Prepaid Mobile Number
• You do not have an active Smart
Prepaid SIM
• You are not enrolled in any of the
identified Smart partner schools
• You have incomplete or incorrect

What are the prizes?

Joining Smart Prepaid Innovation

Generation will give you an
opportunity to receive a maximum
grant worth P60,000, gadgets and
weekly load prizes.
