(6 Weeks + 2 Days)

Guidelines for Parents:
1. For effective implementation of OSP, the comprehensive guidelines/
instructions, uploaded for parents must be read & understood.

2. The weekly work assigned will be split over the week days according to the
timetable set by parents.

3. Parents will monitor and supervise their ward’s work. Textbooks are now
available in the markets and it is expected that students have bought them.
OSP work (Worksheets) is textbook specific‫۔‬

4. Any videos/ websites suggested in the assignments will be strictly monitored by


parents.

5. The main objective of OSP is to engage children in learning activities, not to


develop computer skills. The colouring activities are designed to develop hand
muscles and eye–hand coordination of young learners. The parents should not
try online options for coloring, it is not possible for young children to do them
online.

6. The worksheets have to be downloaded and printed or copied by the parents


on loose sheets/ notebooks with clear mention of Student’s name,
class/section, subject/topic and date. The completed assignments( Worksheets)
will be scanned and submitted on student’s portal for teachers’ checking. In
case, online submission of assignments is difficult, maintain the completed work
in a folder, using separators for weekly assignments.

7. If you feel that your child is having problem with any of the tasks, you can
contact school as teachers are available online for the support.

8. This is second round of OSP, students have to take it seriously. It is


mandatory for students to complete the assigned tasks (Worksheets).
Some Worksheets submitted by students of Class Prep will be randomly
selected by subject teachers for assessment purpose.

· Parents are the primary source of Tarbiat, Religious and Cultural Values development in
their off springs and are also responsible to support their children in developing
positive behaviors & values.

· Use Courtesy Words like Please, Sorry, Thank you, Welcome etc.

· Tell your children religious and moral stories.

· Involve children in healthy physical activities, ask them to:

a. to eat healthy food and drink plenty of water daily.

b. sleep early and wake up early in the morning.

c. take shower everyday and take care of their personal hygiene.

d. do some warm up activity/ exercise daily.

e. ask them about four seasons. Draw four seasons on A4 size sheet.

f. look out of the window and see How is the weather today? Draw different weather
conditions (cold, rainy, hot, warm, windy and cloudy) on A4 size sheet.
