Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC)
Working closely with the Department of Education and Outreach at PPAC, as well as the Walt Disney
Company, to create sustainable theatre education programs in underserved low-income elementary schools

● Implementing a 17-week long program for a team of elementary school teachers to produce a full-length
Disney children’s musical within their school
● Training teachers in the areas of directing, choreography, stage management and music direction
● Introducing theatrical arts to a diverse population of students, grades 3 -5, in weekly rehearsals
● Cultivating an encouraging and supportive environment to ensure the continuation of a theatre
