This presentation will start by knowing the company’s profile of the tourism

establishment . As you can see in their logo, it has a circle shape composed of red and

yellow. If you look closely, you can recognize the letter “R” and “W” inside the circle that

can describe the word Resorts and World. Resorts World Manila was the first and

integrated resort here in the Philippines and located at Pasay, Manila near acrossNinoy

Aquino International Airport Terminal 3. It was fully opened to the public in year 2009 in

the month of August. It is composed of 1,574 number of rooms and the three floors of
the casino was occupied by the gambling areas. If I am not mistaken, it was also

classified as a 5-star hotel. Aside from room to accommodate, they are also known for

one-stop and non-stop entertainment, leisure destination, gaming thrills, world-class

entertainment and unique events. They are also known for world-class casino and bars

and legally under PAGCOR or Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. They

have eight hotel brands which are MARRIOTT Hotel Manila, HOLIDAY INN Express,

BELMONT Hotel Manila, SAVOY Hotel Manila, HILTON Hotel Manila, SHERATON

Manila Hotel including HOTEL OKURA Manila and RITZ-CARLTON Manila that is soon

to open for now. Resorts World Manila also have 50 restaurants that offers different kind

of cuisines.

Since it is a resort, the main product they offer are rooms. Resorts World Manila is

classified as a 5-star hotel. They offer 1,574 of roomsthat can accommodate thousands

of guests and they also have eight hotel brands including MARRIOTT Hotel Manila,

HOLIDAY INN Express, BELMONT Hotel Manila, SAVOY Hotel Manila, HILTON Hotel

Manila, SHERATON Manila Hotel and the two hotel that soon to be open, HOTEL

OKURA Manila and RITZ-CARLTON Manila. You can gather meeting or events related

to business since they have that in their hotel.They are also known for world class

casino for leisure or entertainment. They have all of the amenities whether

transportation services, front desk services, food and drink, general, business services,

cleaning services, health and wellness, outdoor or indoor activities and even kid’s

facilities. The amenities they have are different types of rooms with affordable rate, front

desk, luggage storage, Wi-Fi designated area, designated smoking area, restaurant,

café, bar, gym, outdoor swimming pool, spa, massage, beauty salon, conference hall,

business center, multi-function room, ATM and currency exchange. When it comes to

food, since they have 50 restaurants who caters different variety of cuisine whether

local, international or world class dishes to satisfy your cravings in desserts, pastries,

snacks, soups and meals.

management they have is gone through the process from planning, organizing, staffing,

controlling and developing the quality service they can offer. They make sure that the

products and services they offered were in the right rate and make satisfy the guest’s

expectations. It also includes in their mission to provide services or experiences

especially to their guests the quality of services with a Filipino touch. It is a way of

welcoming guests to feel comfortable and to experience services of our fellow Filipino’s

who works hard for them. They have values or principles to follow like: first

example,Passion for People, where in they let engaged not only in their guests but also

with the employees and shareholders, it means that they are also people in the

business. Second, Will to Wow, means that they are ready to develop their company

and create amazing stories to exceed the expectations of the guests towards them. The
