To have a healthy life, i wake up early and take as much time as possible. To have a
balanced life, i drink eight glasses of water during the day, it is essential to stay well
hydrated. The phrase that i always use: "water is the only drink necessary and healthier
than any soft drink or soda." For breakfast yesterday when i was at home i ate oatmeal
and whole wheat bread on a flat plate to measure the quantity, and today i had breakfast
in a restaurant, i ordered pineapple juice and a fruit salad, instead of sweets. I can't eat too
many calories for lunch, so i need to make a serving of rice and a vegetable salad.
In my spare time i could study another language.
I often exercise and do very light routines, push-ups, i can do it three times a week but
my sister exercises more than i do, i do push-ups, i wear sportswear and tennis shoes, but
I don't know how to swim, i would like to do meditation because it is a better way to
relax.
I finally get the eight hours of sleep that i need to be healthy.
