KRISPY KANGKONG

Hi everyone, we are group __ and


today we are going to prepare
Krispy kangkong,
a healthy appetizer dish where in
spinach are dipped in a batter and
fried until crispy. My groupmates

Now lets start..


STEP 1
Wash your hands with water and soap thoroughly and
rinse well.

STEP 2
Lets wear our aprons and hairnet.

Cut and wash the Kangkong leaves and
drain well using the strainer. Set it
aside.
STEP 4
Beat the egg on a mixing bowl, mix it with cornstarch or
flour, add the salt and pepper.

Add the cold water ( to make a
batter - a pourable mixture of
flour and water) then set it
aside.

STEP 6
Now, we are going to prepare and
heat the pan.

Pour enough oil for deep frying and
wait until the oil is hot.

Dip the kangkong
leaves in a batter
mixture and fry until
golden brown.

Put it in a paper towel to
remove the excess oil.

Arrange it artistrically and show it
on the screen, and you're done!
