Why is it important to know one’s readiness for physical activity?


- It is important to know someone's capacity in relation of its readiness for a physical activity so
that we know the weight or load of the physical activity to be undergone. Usually, bodies who
are not yet used to physical activities take time and undergo gradual

Activity 2: Family Physical Activity Assessment

1. How do you think your family’s activities affect your own?


- It affects my everyday exercise and routine to achieve my goal on having a fit body. But I
always encourage myself everyday that i've been telling myself was, someday that I will achieve
that fit body I dream of.
2. Why is family support important in participating in physical activity?
- To encourage you to do physical activity, and so you can think that you can do anything if your
family knows what's best for you.
3. What are the ways that you can think of that can encourage your family to engage in physical
activities?
- The only way to encourage my family to engage in physical activities is for our bodies too,
because we need to be fit and right.
